SUB WORK NO 3. Pumping Machinary 1 No For Bore Well 5 BHP Item No.1 Providing erecting and giving test of Submersible Pumpsets conforming to is 8034 and motor conforming to IS 9283. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel pump shaft and polypropylene impeller. Motor suitable for working on 415 V + 10% .3 Ph., 50 Hz. A.C. supply Cable guard, thrust carbon/fibre beaning to accept entire hydraulic thrust, waterproof winding shall be Provided. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling. Pump shall have suitable outlet as per manufacturers design antithrust stream lined non return valve shall be Provided with the pum. Suitable suction strainer shall also be provided. 3 core single / double run copper conductor submersuble type flat cable 3m and 2 pairs of erection clamps shall be provided along with the pump rates per pump upto 20 stages are as below. Submesible pump 150mm dia (with bronze /stainless steel(CF8M)Impeller up to 8 stages 5 B.H.P.

Item No. 2 Supplying and erecting DOL starter to operate squirrel cage induction motor working on 380- 440 Volt, 3 phase, 50 Hz with no volt coil and over load element with necessary material and connected to supply, etc complete. Starter with original sheet steel encloser. I.G.-4 with contractor rating 16 amp. 5 B.H.P.

Item No. 9 Providing & erecting 3 Pole MCCB upto 100A, 415V, with short circuit rating 25 kA (Ics=100% of Icu ),adjustable thermal (overload) setting and fixed magnetic setting with provided leads, provision for installation of shunt/ UV/ trip alarm contact and MCCB should have phase barriers both sides, in provided enclosure on iron /GI frame as per specification no. Item No.10 Supplying and erecting cupboard for enclosing switchgears or for any other purpose made from selected marine plywood planks 19 mm thick duly varnished/ painted from inside and from outside with brass hinges and locking arrangement with suitable lock with keys in duplicate.
