Excavation in Hard Rock of all toughness by blasting including boulders above 0.60m dia. (0.113 cum) minimising damage to side slopes of excavation in water prisma area by adopting any one or combination of line drilling/pre splitting/smo th blasting technique and placing excavated rock neatly in dump area with cost of all material, machinary.labour.dresssing the bed & sides to required level & profile etc. complete with lead of 15.00m & lift 6.00nm.

Providing& laying EW for back filling of approved hearting material including laying in layers, watering. consolidation with cost of materials.machinary, labour sectioning sides/edges etc. complete with lead of 1 km tor watering& 6.00m ift. A)From available mat

Providing & laying in situ CC M-150 (20MSA) of trap/quartize/gness metal for foundation & bedding with concrete mixer including placing, compacting. Curing etc. complete with an initial lead of 50.00 m & lift of 1.50m

Providing & fixing M.S./HYSD/TMT bars for reinforCement including cuting, bending,hooking, binding by G.I. wire etc. complete as directed.

Providing & laying cement pointing in CM1:3 propn including racking out joints curing, scaffolding without Royalty of material etc. complete as direced.

Providing and laying cement plaster 6 mm thick in C.M. 1:3 single coat without neru finish to concrete surface in all position including scaffolding, Curing etc. complete. (Cement 0.057 bags/Sqm)

Providing & fixing structural steel work in rolled section like joints angles etc. as per detailed design and drawing including fixing in position with holdfasts of 20mm as shown in drawing and oil painting with two coats including one coat of anticorrossive paint etc. complete as directed.

B) Sill beam (ISMB 150 x 100 mm)

Providing &fixing straight M.S needles to KTW having size of 2.15x 0.50M in rolled steel plate of 5mm thick and section like channels, angles etc. as per detailed design and drawing including fixing in position, oil painting in two coats including anticorrosSive paint etc. complete as directed.

Providing and fixing canal information board of 1.2 x 0.75 m prepared on 16 gauge M.S. sheet with angle iron frame of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm with cross bracing of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm including painting with one coat of zinc chromate storing primer and two coats each of green/white back ground and back side grey store enameled bonded with red retro reflective sheet Engineering grade, border / letters / numeral / arrows coated with non peal able crystal clear protective transparent coat retaining 100% reflection including two angle iron post of size 50x50x5 mm of 3.65 m long inflated at bottom drilled on top and painted in white and black bonds of 30 cm with four numbers high strength of G.I. bolts and nuts of size 10 mm dia. and 20 mm long sheet and angle iron post in one piece without joints including all taxes, conveying, fixing in ground with cement concrete in M-15 block of size 60 x 60 x 75 cm as directed by Engineer in-Charge
