Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

Filling in plinth and floors with contractors material/brought from outside and approved by Engineer incharge in layers of 15cm. to 20cm. including watering and compaction etc. complete.

Providing second class Burnt Brick masonry with conventional/ I.S. type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in foundations and plinth of inner walls/ in plinth external walls including bailing out water manually , striking joints on unexposed faces, raking out joints on exposed faces and watering etc. Complete.

Providing and applying Two coats of wall care Putty on plastered surface and Ceiling and Walls to prepare surface even and smooth of approved make, etc complete.

Providing internal cement plaster 20mm thick in two coats in cement mortar 1:4 without neeru finish, to concrete, brick surface, in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc.complete.

Providing and applying priming coat on concrete/ masonary/ Asbestos Cement plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required etc. complete.

Providing and applying washable oil-bound distemper of approved colour and shade to old & new surfaces in two coats including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces. (excluding the primer coat.) etc. complete.

Providing and applying two coats of water proof cement paint of approved manufacture and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface, watering for two days etc. complete.

Supply of Rubble, Murum, Soil, 60mm./40mm. metal (Hand broken), royalty charges are not included in the rates. For the items of sand and crushed metal rates are inclusive of royalty charges.Prevalent Royalty charges shall be separately considered while preparing estimate and shall be part of Schedule-B of tender.Any revision in Royalty charges and surcharge shall be included in the rate analysis of the respective item. If there is variation in these rates the difference shall be paid extra over the items to the contractor and shall be recovered if these rates are reduced by Govt.i.e Revenue department [As per Govt. of Maharashtra, Revenue and Forest Departments Gazette No.67 Dt.15 May,2015. States that the royalty charges of Rs.141.34/Cu.M. ) are considered. The surcharge levied on Royalty shall also be payable to the contractor. Also SE shall time to time circulate the updated Royalty Rates & surcharge on Royalty whenever here is change.

Laboratory testing charges are not considered in the Rate Abstracts. Where ever required separate item shall be taken in the estimate for material testing charges, on the basis of testing frequency and charges fixed by Vigilance & Quality Control Circle, for the current year and shall form part of tender. testing of material by Quality control and certified quality must be use by contractor.
