The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar type and magnitude of works. The bidder needs to submit a list of works of similar type and magnitude carried out. Regarding similar works completed, the following information is available: - Single Similar type of work (80%): The value is Rs.197.58 Lakhs (of tendered amount). - Two Similar type of work (50%): The value is Rs.123.49 Lakhs (of tendered amount). - Three Similar type of work (40%): The value is Rs.98.79 Lakhs (of tendered amount). Additionally, the bidder should have last five years of experience, i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, & 2024-25. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 75% of the tender amount averaged for the last 5 years. The bidder also needs to submit a list of works tendered for and in hand, and details of works executed in the interior backward and hilly areas during the preceding years. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering work executed in anyone year during the last five years. The executed quantities of work in any one year in the last 5 years include: 1. Cement Concrete M-20 and Above: 1938.79 Cubic Meter 2. TMT FE-500 Steel: 55.03 Metric Tone 3. Brick Work (Fly Ash): 131.92 Cubic Meter 4. Cement Plaster: 1251.42 Square Meter 5. Flooring: 494.59 Square Meter These quantities should be supported by a Quantity Certificate signed by not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
