4) Providing and laying in situ / Ready Mix cement concrete M--20 of trap metal for R.C.C. columns as per detailed designs and drawing or as directed including centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying / pumping, compaction, finishing the formed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface or roughening if special finish is to be provided and curing etc.complete. (Execluding reinforcement and structural steel) etc. complete. With fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer / concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With natural sand / V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand.

5) Providing laterite stone masonary in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation & plinth including racking out joints where plastering is to be done watering & scaffolding complete.

6)Filling in plinth and floors with approved excavated materials in 15cm to 20cm layers including watering and compaction complete.

7)Providing soling using 80mm size trap metal in layers of 15cm each including filling voids with sand ramming watering etc.

8)Providing laterite stone masonary in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure including racking out joints where plastering is to be done watering & scaffolding complete.

9)Providing and Fixing 30 MM thick BOTH SIDE PRELAMINATED SOLID PANEL PVC DOOR SHUTTER consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes of 19 guage thickness and, size 19 x 19 mm for styles and 15 x15 mm for the top and bottom rails, M.S frame shall have a coat of metel primer of approved make and manufacture. M.S frame shall be covered with heat mouled PVC 'C' channel made from 5 mm (+/0.25) thick prelaminated sheet of density 600 kg/cbm ,of size 30mm thickness 70mm width out of which 50mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 45? angle on either side forming stiles ; and 5 mm thick ,95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be falt and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be falt and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail.Top,bottom and lock rail shall be provided either side of the panel. An additional 5 mm (+/0.25) thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the bottom side of the ' c ' channel prelaminated paneling of 5 mm (+/0.25) thick PVC sheet to be fitted inside the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles and rails with 5 mm (+/0.25) x 30 mm PVC sheet beading on either side and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc ,10 mm thickness (5 mm (+/0.25) x 2 nos ) 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for the rail and bottom rail. Door to be fixed to frames with 3 nos M.S.powder coated but Item No. 271/39.47 4094/-

10) Providing and fixing frame with / without ventilator of size as specified with Country non teak wood for doors and windows including chamfering, rounding, rebating, iron holdfast of size 300mm x 40mm x 5mm with oil painting, etc. complete. Item No. 260/ 39.02 64692/-

11)Providing sills of polished black kadappa stone 25 to 30mm thick on a bed of c.M. 1:4 including neat cemet float filling joints with cement slurry etc complete.

12)Providing and fixing in position anodised (as per I.S.1868/1982) alluminium sliding window of two tracks with rectangular pipe 63 x 38.10 x 1.22 mm at weight 0.65 Kg/Rmt And window frame bottom track section 61.85 x 31.75 x 1.20 mm at weight 0.695 Kg/Rmt. Top and side track section 61.85 x 31.75 x 1.00 mm at weight 0.417 Kg/Rmt. The shutter should be of bearing bottom 40 x 18 x 1.25 mm at weight 0.417 Kg/Rmt. Interleaking section 40 x 18 x 1.10 mm at weight 0.469 kg/Rmt.And handle section 52 x 18 x 1.13 mm at weight 0.488 Kg/ Rmt.and top section 40 x 18 x 1.25 mm at weight 0.417 Kg/Rmt as per detailed drawing and as per direction and self locking catch fitted in vertical section of shuttering including 5 mm thick plain glass with all required screws and nuts etc. without powder coating without box complete.

13) Providing and fixing mild steel grill work for windows, ventilators weighing 15 kg per sq.m as per drawing , including necessary fixtures welding and painting with one coat of anti- corrosive paint etc . complete.

14) Providing and fxing in position alluminium louvered windows/ ventilators (IS std) of various sizes with powder coating as per detailed drawings and specifications including alluminium frames 80 x 38 mm box type 5 mm thick sheet glass louvered clips/ rubber plain PVC gasket of approved quality etc complete.

15)Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-20 of trap / granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. beams and lintels as per detailed designs and drawings or as directed including steel centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying/pumping, compactionand roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided and curing etc. complete. (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel). with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Natural Sand / Crushed sand VSI Grade finely washed etc)

18) Providing and layng Cement concrete flooring 40mm thick with M 15 cement concrete laid to proper level & slope in alternate bays including compaction, filling joints, marking lines to give the appearance of tiles of 30cm x 30cm or other size laid diagonally / square etc. finishing smooth (with extra cement) in any colour as directed and curring etc. complete with natural sand

19) Providing and laying ceramic tiles of having size 30 cm x 30 cm confirming to I.S.15622/2006 (group D II-A) and 7 to 8 mm thick for flooring in required position laid on a bed of 1:4 cement mortar including cement float, filling joint with white/colour cement slurry cleaning curing etc. complete for flooring

20)Providing and fixing orissa type white glazed earthenware 575 mm. w.c. pan including S trap, with earthenware C.I. soil and vent pipe upto the out side face of wall including1:2:4 brick bat lime concrete bedding without flushing tap and its accessories etc. complete

21) Providing and laying salt glazed stone ware pipe of 150mm dia. Including fitting such as bends tees single jnction double junction laying jointing including excavation and refilling trenches complete .

22)Providing and constructing Brick masonry inspection chamber 60x45cm and 45 to 90cm in depth including 1:4:8 cement concrete foundation 1:2:4 cement concrete channels brick masonry, plastering from inside and outside as required in C.M.1:3 anmd airtight RCC lid with frame fixed inCC. 1:2:4 curing testing etc complete.

23)Providing Soak Pit of size 120x120x120 cm inclduing excavating and filling with brick bats charcoal as per drawing etc. Complete.

24)Providing and fixing 10cm dia. PVC nanahi trap fixed with PVC grating PVC plug bend and piece of PVC pipe upto plug bend scaffolding etc. complete.

25)Providing, laying and fixing P.V.C. pipe of 50mm dia. with fittings such as bends, tees, reducers, clamps, etc. including necessary excavation, trench filling etc. complete. Including removing existing pipe line if necessary and conveying and stacking the same in PWD chowky or as directed etc. complete.

26) Providing and fixing white glazed with bottle trap earthenware wash hand basin of 45 x 30cm size including cold water pillar taps brackets rubber plugs and brass chain stop tap choromium plate bottle trap and necessary pipe connections incuding UPAC waste pipe and trap upto the outside face of the wall making good the damaged surface testing etc. complete.

27)Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

28)Providing and laying chequered tiles of approved quality of size 30 cm x 30 cm, confirming to corresponding I.S. for flooring in required position laid on a bed of 1:4 cement mortar including cement float, filling joint with cement slurry cleaning curing etc. complete

29) Providing, painting ,lettering Name board on plastered surface of wall
