Boy’s Hostel(G+4)-1 No. , Girls’ Hostel(G+4)-1 No. and Nuses’ Hostel(G+4)-1 No. Planning, Designing and Construction of RCC Framed Structure Buildings of G+4 Storeys including Preparation of Architectural & Detailed Working Drawings, Structural Analysis & Design, Planning, Designing & Execution of all related Services as per Section 2A (Scope of Work) of Tender Document including Internal Water Supply & Sanitary Installations, Internal E&M installations, Civil & Electrical External Service Connections, all E&M services etc as per NBC 2016 including suitable no. of Lifts of required capacity by incorporating stipulated specifications and integrating all internal & external services pertaining to Civil, E& M with External Development works & making the facilities functional all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be executed complete as per scope of work, specifications, conditions and other details stipulated in NIT/Tender document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Planning, Designing and Construction of Development Works & Bulk Services of above proposed building for Civil and E&M works including preparation of preliminary & detailed working /service drawings, structural drawings incorporating stipulated specifications and integrating all services with external development works & making the facilities functional all complete including various other development works such as internal roads, pavement, paths, water-supply system (external & internal), sewerage system, including relocation of existing all types of services, demolition of existing structures (if any), drainage system, roof top & surface rain water harvesting system including terrace and underground tanks of required capacity, borewell etc. complete with all related horticulture and landscape works as per scope, specifications, conditions and other details stipulated in NIT/Tender document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Obtaining and submission of all necessary statutory approvals for pre-construction, on completion of above proposed building work including statutory approvals on completion plans from all local authorities, obtaining fire clearance, completion certificate from all concerned local bodies or any other authorities, consent to operate, water connection, electric connection, fulfilment of Platinum rated IGBC Certification etc including preparation& submission of all 'As built drawings' (on completion of entire work including obtaining occupancy certificate/ completion certificate from the local bodies) as per scope of work, conditions and other details provided in NIT/Tender document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC Roads, Footpath, Open Path ways / Building approach /drop off (complete including sub base, kerb stones, joints etc.) complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.

Landscaping & Horticulture Works along with Irrigation system

Boundry Wall of campus with Gates and PArking for Four Wheelers and Two Wheelers

External Water-Supply System complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.

Sewerage System complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.

Drainage System including peripleral drain and Rain Water Harvesting complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.

External Street Lighting System complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.

Under Ground RCC Water & Firefighting Tanks - with Civil, Piping & Services works complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.

Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE& EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Fire Fighting System inside fire pump room comprising of Fire Pumps, piping, valves, vessels and accessories etc including external hydrant ring main system, FHC, fire brigade inlet/ drawout connection etc. with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE& EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT- Solid Waste Management System complete comprising of Sterilizers, Organic Waste Convertors, Collection Bins and other related accessories etc. with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical Substation, Electrical HT/LT cabling within substation and from substastion to various buildings with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

DG Sets in required nos. complete with all accessories as per scope of works and as directed by Engineer-In-charge

Distribution Transformers in required Nos.complete with all accessories as per scope of works and as directed by Engineer-In-charge

11 KV HT Panels, Main LT Panels, DG Dync Panels, Hybrid Capacitor Panels, Sandwich Bus ducts etc. complete in all respect as per scope of works and as directed by Engineer-In-charge

11 kV HT Cabling work as required complete in all respect and LT Power Cables & Control Cables/ wires from ESS ( Substation) to various all buildings/ utilities etc. and within the Substation as required complete in all respect and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – such as HVAC Plant Room (High Side) & all Low side equipment including Chilled & Hot water piping network from HVAC plant room to various all buildings with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge

Chillers with Chiller Plant Manager and VFDs , Cooling Towers,Primary, Secondary & Condenser Water Pumps, piping, valves, insulation, fittings etc. , LT Panel for HVAC Plant (High Side Equipment) and other starter panels, electrical items, cables etc., Chilled/ Hot/ Condenser Water Pumps complete with external & internal Piping, valve, fittings , insulation and Vacuum Degasser, Air & Dirt Separator,Pressurized Expansion Tank etc.complete with piping and all accessories as per scope of works and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis of Medical Gas Pipeline System with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge

PART-B

Providing operation and maintenance up to the end of defect liability period for Part-A including deputing the maintenance and operational staff of required experience and trades, complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.This also includes the cost of consumables , resources required for successful functionality and working of structures and allied services.
