Providing and applying plastic emulsion paint of approved quality, colour and shade to old surface in three coats including scaffolding, preparing the surface. (excluding primer coat) etc. complete

Providing & fixing 30 mm thick single leaf solid core flush door with approved shade laminate (1 mm) finish including necessary hardware, fittings & fixtures like cylindrical door lock, chromium plated handles on both sides, pvc door stopper, brass make isi marked hydraulic door closer, polish to all exposed surfaces, edges, etc. Complete as per detail drawing. If required, the door shall have 2' x 3' (or as directed) 5 mm thk. Plain glass at top fixed with beading patti all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling brick masonry including existing plaster in lime or cement mortar including shifting the debris to the dumping ground within factory premises as directed with all leads, lifts.

Providing second class Burnt Brick masonry with conventional/ I.S. type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure including striking joints, raking out joints, watering and scaffolding etc. Complete

Removing the existing cement plaster of any thickness including shifting the debris to the dumping ground within factory as directed with all leads, lifts. etc. complete

Providing internal/external cement plaster 12 mm thick in a single coat using Ready to use wall plaster to concrete or brick surface in all positions including scaffolding and curing complete. Providing groove at joint of B.B. Masonry and concrete members complete. b) cement ratio 1:4 With Prior Approval of Concerned EIC

Providing and laying 'telephone black / Amba White / Cadburybrown / Ruby red / Ocean Brown' granite stone of 18 to 20 mm thick for door frame/ dado/ window boxing etc. in cement mortar 1:6, including filling joints with polymer base filler nosing/moulding the sharp edges wherever necessary, curing, etc. complete.

Removing cement tiles, or marble or polished shahabad floor or dado without bed concrete including shifting the debris to the dumping ground within factory as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete.

Providing and laying vitrified tiles of somany/rak/kajaria/nitco/asian or equivalent make having size between 800 to 1200 mm x 800 mm to 1200 mm (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) and confirming to is 15622-2006 of approved make, shade and pattern for flooring/skirting in required position laid on a bed of 1:4 cement mortar including neat cement float, filling joints, curing and cleaning etc. Complete. approval for size of tile to be prior approved by RCF

Extra and over for using approved quality tile bonding chemical/ adhesive instead of cement mortar bedding.

Providing and applying polymer modified ready mix mortar / micro concrete/ grout material of 'Fosroc', 'BASF' or equivalent brand including curing etc. as per manufacturer's specifications or as per instructions of engineer in-charge (the items shall be paid on actual consumption of ready mix quantity only). The rate shall be inclusive of surface preparation before application as per the manufacturer's specifications including , bond coat etc. and including necessary shuttering, m.s. pipe scaffolding.

Chipping /removing loose concrete upto reinforcement bars, without damaging the reinforcement, removing all the loose materials and to make all the exposed surfaces free from oil, dust and all impurities etc complete.

Application of Rust Converter: Providing & applying One coat of Alkaline Rust converting primer to exposed existing rebars after removing and cleaning loose rust by wire brush and leave it for 6- 8 hours. (Make-'Feovert' by Krishna Conchem or Equivalent)

Providing & fixing non woven mat 2D wall paper of approved design, pattern & shade .The wallpaper should be washable,peelable moisture proof non- toxic and durable. The wall paper shall have necessary stamping/ embosing of required parameters. The rate includes old wallpaper removal and surface preparation including scrapping of paint alongwith required wall punning.
