Removing Existing AC / GI / Galvalume Sheets/polycarbonate plain and corrugated sheets from roof / cladding / partitions etc., excluding supporting structure but including scaffolding, handling, transporting, sorting and stacking as directed etc complete.

Refixing 'existing roofing material, after sorting and cleaning, removed from the existing structure or supplied by RCF Ltd, using 8m dia galvanized iron L or J hook bolts, galvanized iron & bituminous washers, or self drilling fastners and EPDM washers, galvanized iron clamps, nuts and bolts including sealing the existing holes with suitable material etc. complete and as directed. (Net Area covered by sheeting will be measured. Overlaps will not be paid separately). The rate is including 8mm dia. GI hook bolts and nuts, washers.

Providing Autoclaved areated concrete block masonry of approved manufacture confirming to IS 2185 Part III 1984 of size 600 mm x 200mm and thickness 100,150, 200 or 250 mm using Ready to use Block Joint Mortar ('Fixoblock' of Ultraech or equivalent) in inner walls / external walls including striking joints on unexposed faces, racking out joints on exposed faces and watering complete. Blocks having manufacturing older than 6 months will not be allowed to use.

Providing cement plaster 20mm thick in a single coat using Ready to use wall plaster, in cement mortar 1:3, to concrete, brick/AAC block surfaces in all positions including scaffolding and curing.

Providing and fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed design and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position making riveted / bolted /welded connections without connecting plates, braces etc. and including painting with anti corrosive epoxy paint ( one primer and over it two coats) of approved quality and shade, including preparing the surfce by mechanical buffing etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Wedge Anchor of size M8 x 85 (stud anchor of carbon steel with zinc plating and externally threaded) of Hilti Make or equivalent confirming to IS 1367 (Part 3) at required locations and level including drilling the hole, cleaning with blow pump and anchoring the bolt as per manufacturers specifications etc. complete as directed .

Providing and fixing 0.7 to 0.8 mm thick, stainless steel (SS-304 grade), corrugated/profiled sheets in position using 8mm dia stainless steel (SS-304 Grade) L or J hook bolts, clamps, nuts and bolts, SS & EPDM washers, etc. complete and as directed. Profile for corrugation & laps shall be as approved by RCF Ltd. The rate is inclusive of all the labour, material, transportation, carriage, lifts, loads etc. complete.

Providing and fixing colour coated Galvalume AZ150 ( min 150 gms/sq.mt.on each side ) profiled sheets for roofing. The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness ( BMT ) (0.5 mm TCT ), Hi-strength steel with min.550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium-Zinc alloy (55% aluminium 43.4% zinc 1.6% silicon) with super durable polyester paint coat ( with inorganic pigment). The paint shall have a total coating thickness of nominal 35 um, comprising of nominal 25 um exterior coat on top surface and nominal 10 um reverse coat on back surface. Profile sheet shall have nom. 950-1050 mm effective cover width and nominal 25-30 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the five pan at nominal 180-250 mm center-to-center. The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary groove. and return leg. The feed material should have coil manufacturers product details marked a regular interval. Rate includes 'Zinc-Tin alloy coated' fasteners with Hex head, self-drilling screw etc.complete.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping ground inside factory premises or as directed beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.
