Providing & applying One coat of Alkaline Rust convertor ('Feovert' or equivalent) to exposed existing rebars after removing & cleaning loose rust by wire brush and leave it for 6-8 hours.

Providing and applying polymer modified, ready mixed, cement micro concrete/plaster of any thickness as per site requirement of approved brand including curing etc. as per manufacturer's specifications or as per instructions of engineer in-charge (the items shall be paid on actual consumption of micro concrete /plaster only). Including polymer-cement bond coat of same manufacturer etc. as directed by eic and including necessary m.s. pipe scaffolding.

Providing external sand faced cement plaster in cement sand mortar (1:4) using packed bag sand in two coats including providing base coat of 12 to 15 mm thick mixing approved water proofing compound to the first coat of plaster and keeping base coat rough to receive sand faced treatment of 6 to 8 mm thick including scaffolding,curing etc. complete.

Providing internal cement plaster 12mm thick in single coat in cement mortar 1:3 using packed bag sand , with smooth finish to concrete or brick surfaces, in all positions including scaffolding and curing complete.

Shear Connectors: Make 10/12 mm dia holes using heavy duty electrically operated hammer drills in the concrete of RCC members to a depth of about 75 mm at 500 mm c/c or at suitable grid in zig-zag fashion, clean the holes using air jet and fix pre-fabricated 100 x 50 mm L-shape 8 mm dia rebar so that 75 mm out of 100 mm is inserted inside the concrete and 25 mm remain outside along with 50 mm bend. The shear connectors are used to tie the additional reinforcement bars.

Providing and fixing TMT-FE-500 grade bar reinforcement of specified/required sizes and shapes of Tata Steel/sail/JSW or equivalent make (confirming to relevant IS code) including Cutting, bending and fixing in position as main rebars, stirrups & rings, distribution rebars etc., and tying them to shear connectors/existing rebar using GI binding wire.

Providing and Fixing 4 mm thick Plain / frosted / tinted Glass

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.25 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane

Providing & applying 2 coats of aluminium bitumen paint or pmbm top coating as per manufacturer’s specification and/or as directed by eic complete.

Providing and applying first single coat of approved primer and two coats of anti-algal, anti-fungal, acrylic based exterior paint of an approved make ( 'Apex' of Asian Paints or Equivalent) and colour as per manufacturers specifications to any surface, upto 10m height from ground level and at all locations as directed including preparing surfaces for painting by any approved means, scaffolding, cleaning and curing etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Providing & applying washable oil-bound distemper of approved colour and shade to old & new surfaces in Two coats including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces. (excluding the primer coat.) etc. complete.
