Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in proportion 1:1.5:3 of trap / granite/quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. work in raft/pavement/footing as directed including leakproof formwork, cover blocks laying/pumping, compaction, curing etc. complete. Minimum Cement content considered in this item is 375kg/cum. The rate shall include cost of all specified materials and operations at all levels and heights, including the cost of centering, shuttering but excluding reinforcement steel which shall be paid under relevant item.

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-20 of trap / granite/quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. work in walls (any thickness) as per detailed drawing or as directed including leakproof formwork, cover blocks laying/pumping, compaction, curing etc. complete. Minimum Cement content considered in this item is 400 kg/cum. The rate shall include cost of all specified materials and operations at all levels and heights, including the cost of centering, shuttering but excluding reinforcement steel which shall be paid under relevant item.

Providing and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of grade '500 D' of various diameters for R.C.C. work . including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires and supporting as required complete.

Providing and fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed design and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position making riveted / bolted /welded/ 8mm GI wire rope connections with connecting plates, braces etc. and including one coat of epoxy primer paint and over it two finish coats of approved quality and shade etc. complete.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheets, 'Colouron+' of JSW, 'COLORBOND' of TATA-BlueScope or equivalent ( min. 0.50 mm TCT ) for roofing, ridges, corners etc. of approved color and profile. The cold rolled steel substrate shall have minimum yield strength of 250 mpa, metallic hot dip coated with al-zn alloy (55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc, 1.5% si ) AZ 150 (min. 150 gm/Sqm on both sides) as per IS1397 / IS15961 & painted with super durable polyester color or equivalent quality paint system , suitable for exterior application . the sheet shall have a total coating thickness of 30-35 microns, super durable polyester paint system of 20 microns on exposed surface and 5 micron backer coat over 5 micron primer coat on both surfaces. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws, coated with Zinc-Tin alloy, of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal of approved make .
