Supplying and fixing in position colour anodised aluminium section three track sliding windows without box frame (three tracks glass closing) made up of two track drain bottom section of size 92 x 31.75 x 1.30 mm thk (weight 1.07 kg/m) and top and sides track sections of size 92 x 31.75 x 1.30 mm thk (weight 0.933 kg/m). The shutter should be of bearing bottom of size 40 x 18 x 1.25 mm thick (weight 0.417 kg/m), handle and top member of size 40 x 18 x 1.25 mm thick, interlocking section size of 40 x 18 x 1.10 mm thick (weight 0.469 kg/n) aluminum sections fixtures and fastenings such as roller bearings in nylon casting and self-locking catch fitted in vertical section of shutter including 5 mm thick toughened splinter proof glass panes with PVC gasket, glazing clips and special metal sash putty or with anodised aluminium beads of approved make with matching screws, nuts etc., complete in all respects and as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing toughened glass 5 mm thick to existing metal door frame with tacks and coloured putty including necessary beading etc. complete.

Dismantling carefully existing roofing, cladding cement sheets, at any height including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., including necessary M.S. pipe scaffolding, and disposing the material within 3KM lead inside factory etc. as directed by EIC.

Removing carefully existing Aluminum windows with glass and stacking them carefully at Civil office store or as directed by EIC.

Providing & fixing in position 0.50 mm thick corrugated galvalume down take rain water pipes with minimum 500 mm perimeter of approved colour & design of approved make (550 MPa steel & AZ150 coating) including necessary fittings & fastenings as per manufacturer’s specifications including dismantling carefully the existing asbestos cement rain water pipes / fittings including transportation to the work site in plant, in proper line and level by making the existing clamps proper / replacement with new clamps and necessary nut-bolting if required. All the materials fittings, fastenings are in the scope of the contractor including lowering down the debris carefully to the ground level & disposing them within the factory premises as directed, including necessary safe arrangement at all heights, MS pipe scaffolding etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position rainwater gutter to match with existing gutter of approved size and shape made out of 2 mm thick G.I. sheet or of thickness as directed including necessary stiffeners, supporting arrangement, cutting, fabricating/ bending to required shape, making the joint water tight, fixing in position with necessary screws, clamps, bolts and other fasteners and necessary nut-bolting if required. The gutter should have provision of drop ends, dead ends etc. to the required length and dimension for making rain water connections as required at site. The gutter shall be positioned to require slope and position properly supported on fasteners for smooth rainwater flow. Additional requirement as per site condition shall be provided and the same will be paid separately under relevant item. All joints to be thoroughly waterproofed including taking down the existing gutters of asbestos cement sheet along with all fittings including removing the bolts clamps screws, nuts, brackets etc. carefully, lowering down the debris carefully to the ground level & disposing/stacking them within the factory as directed, including necessary safe arrangement at all heights, MS pipe scaffolding etc. complete as directed. Note: If required, welding to be done at party's workshop. Welding not permitted at site location.

Providing and constructing second class burnt brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including striking joints, watering etc. complete in foundation and plinth for making rainwater shoe or as directed by EIC.

Providing internal / external cement plaster 12mm thick in single coat with cement plaster mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) without neeru finish to concrete and brick surfaces in all positions, including necessary MS pipe scaffolding, curing etc. complete.
