Removal and carriage of surplus excavated earth, debris, dismantled materials etc., from the site of work to other areas anywhere within the factory up to 3 KM / plant battery limits beyond the initial lead of 50m including loading and unloading as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing dry/ trap rubble stone soling 15 cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing with small pieces of stones, compacting, watering etc. complete as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete in proportion 1:3:6 (M-10) of trap metal for foundation and bedding, including bailing out water manually, formwork, compacting and curing etc. complete as directed by EIC. (Minimum cement content shall not be less than 220 kg/cum.)

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M-15 (1 cement: 2 fine aggregate :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), manual / machine mixed and manual / mechanically vibrated in foundations, plinth, under floors, screeding as per EIC etc., including all necessary cost of centring and shuttering, cover blocks & curing etc. complete. (Minimum cement content shall not be less than 300 kg/cum.)

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-20 of trap/ granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal (using 20 mm nominal gauge graded stone aggregate) for R.C.C. work at ground level like grade slab, pavement, flooring, storm water drains etc. including formwork, cover blocks, providing gap for expansion joints, compaction and curing etc. and making arrangement for bailing out of any seepage water and underneath, dewatering, formwork, cover blocks, compaction and curing (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) complete including centering, shuttering, fair finish to receive paint coat etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Concrete mix design is in scope of contractor without any cost to RCF, Minimum cement content shall not be less than 350 kg/cum.)

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-30 of trap/ granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal (using 20 mm nominal gauge graded stone aggregate) machine mixed and mechanically vibrated for R.C.C. work in substructure (up to Plinth beam top level) i.e. in foundations and plinths like raft, strip foundations, equipment foundations, grillage and footings of R.C.C. columns, R.C.C. columns/pedsetals, plinth beams, plinths for walls, RCC walls/pardis and steel stanchions etc. and making arrangement for bailing out of any seepage water and underneath, dewatering, formwork, cover blocks, compaction and curing (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) complete including centering, shuttering, fair finish to receive paint coat etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Concrete mix design is in scope of contractor without any cost to RCF, Minimum cement content shall not be less than 400 kg/cum.)

(Concrete mix design is in scope of contractor without any cost to RCF, Minimum cement content shall not be less than 400 kg/cum.)

Providing and laying GP-2 (Fosroc) or any other approved equivalent anti-shrinkage grouting in pockets/ sleeves, under base plates of structural columns as specified in the drawing, dynamic machines such as small pumps and compressors as per manufacturer's specifications, complete in all respects including shuttering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position steel bars reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. footings, raft, retaining wall, shear wall, lift wall, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, canopies, staircases, chajjas, lintels, pardies, coping, fins, arches, etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and bar bending schedules, including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding, supporting as required etc. including binding with 18 SWG annealed wire, Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) steel reinforcements as per IS: 1786 including all necessary handling at all heights and depths complete in all respects and as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge. (Fe 500/550 of only TATA/SAIL/JINDAL/RINL or approved equivalent make steel to be used)

Fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees, plates etc. as per detailed designs and drawing or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position, making riveted / bolted / welded connections and one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting complete. (RCF will supply only structural steel and paints free of cost at RCF stores.)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position M.S. holding down bolts assembly consisting of bolts, heads, nuts, washers etc., and the like including embedding in cement concrete/R.C.C. works as per approved drawings complete in all respects including one coat of approved quality anti-corrosive paint over a coat of approved quality primer. (All materials supply are in contractor's scope. Quantity may be reduced if bolts are provided by PEB vendor)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position M.S. anchor plates, hooks, insert plates, M.S angle inserts like including welding M.S. lugs etc., and embedding in cement concrete / R.C.C works as per approved drawings complete in all respects including two coats of approved quality chlorinated rubber paint over one coat of approved quality primer. (All materials supply are in contractor's scope) and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and constructing second class burnt brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including striking joints, raking out joints, watreing, MS pipe scaffolding etc. complete in superstructure or as directed.

Providing at all heights 10-12 mm thick internal cement plaster in single coat on brick work, exposed surfaces of RCC lintels, beams, etc., complete in all respects and as directed with cement plaster mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 kharsalia sand or packed sand as directed by EIC) with white cementicious wall putty (Birla WHITE, BERGER, BISON, J.K. or approved equivalent make) including necessary MS Pipe scaffolding, curing etc. complete.

Providing at all heights 20 mm thick external cement plaster on brick work, exposed surfaces of RCC lintels, beams etc. in all position including base coat of 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 kharsalia sand or packed sand as directed by EIC) using approved waterproofing compound at 1 KG per cement bag and curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 8 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing by taking out grains and curing for 14 days etc., complete in all respects and as directed including necessary MS pipe scaffolding etc. complete.

Providing and applying one coat of primer of approved colour, shade and quality to old/new surface to receive OBD/plastic emulsion including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces, watering etc. complete.

Providing & applying Asian paints / Nerolac / Berger make or equivalent oil bound distemper paint in two coats of approved colour and shade to the existing surface including scaffolding, removing existing paint, preparing the surface etc. complete (excluding primer coat).

Providing and applying 100% Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved make and shade (Apex of Asian paint / Weather coat of Berger paint / Excel of Nerolac paint or approved equivalent) in two or more coats over one coat of compatible primer including M.S. pipe scaffolding, scrapping, cleaning, washing etc. complete as directed by EIC. (Note: Two layer scaffolding shall be provided. Width shall be got approved from EIC before execution).
