Excavation in Soft rock, hard rock including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 200m beyond the building area/site area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation/civil work and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (lift upto 3.0m)

Removal and carriage of surplus excavated earth, debris, dismantled materials etc., from the site of work to other areas anywhere within the factory upto 3 KM / plant battery limits beyond the initial lead of 200m and spreading the same including loading and unloading as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing dry/ trap rubble stone soling 15 cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing with small pieces of stones, compacting, watering etc. complete as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete in proportion 1:3:6 (M-10) of trap metal for foundation and bedding, including bailing out water manually, formwork, compacting and curing etc. complete as directed by EIC.

Providing and casting in situ cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4) of trap metal for foundation and bedding, coping to plinth or parapet, or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge., compacting and curing, roughening the exposed faces if special finish is to be provided etc. complete.

Providing uncoursed rubble masonry of trap / granite/ quartzite/ gneiss stones in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth of inner walls / in plinth of external walls including bailing out water, striking joints on un exposed faces and watering complete.

Providing flush grooved pointing with cement mortar 1:3 for stone masonry including scaffolding and curing etc. complete.

Providing second class Burnt Brick masonry with conventional/ l.S. type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in foundations and plinth of inner walls/ in plinth external walls including bailing out water, striking joints on unexposed faces, raking out joints on exposed faces and watering complete.

Providing internal/external cement plaster 12mm thick in single coat in cement mortar 1:4 without neeru finish to concrete or brick surfaces, in all positions including scaffolding and curing complete.

Providing and fixing steel bar reinforcement of (conforming to IS code) for R.C.C. footings, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, staircase, chajjas, lintels, pardis, copings, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules including cutting, bending, hooking the bars binding with wires, cover block supporting as required etc. complete. (Fe 500D of only TATA/SAIL/JINDAL/RINL make steel to be used). No extra payment shall be made for annealed binding wires, Chairs.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-20 (1:1.5:3) of trap/ granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal (using 20 mm nominal gauge graded stone aggregate) for R.C.C. work in foundations like raft, strip foundations, grillage and Walls/pardis and steel stanchions etc. including making arrangement for bailing out of any seepage water underneath, dewatering, formwork, cover blocks, compaction and curing (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) complete including centering, shuttering, fair finish etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-25 of trap/ granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal (using 20 mm nominal gauge graded stone aggregate) for R.C.C. work in foundations like raft, strip foundations, grillage and footings of R.C.C. columns, R.C.C. pedetsals, Walls and steel stanchions etc. including making arrangement for bailing out of any seepage water underneath, dewatering, formwork, cover blocks, compaction and curing (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) complete including centering, shuttering, fair finish etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Concrete mix design is in scope of contractor without any cost to RCF, Minimum cement content shall not be less than 400 kg/cum.)

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-25 of trap/ granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal (using 20 mm nominal gauge graded stone aggregate) for R.C.C. work in slabs, Precast covers/slabs and landings including formwork, cover blocks, compaction and curing (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) complete including centering, shuttering, fair finish etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Concrete mix design is in scope of contractor without any cost to RCF, Minimum cement content shall not be less than 400 kg/cum.)

Dismantling carefully the existing/ damaged structure of brick/block/stone masonry in cement or lime mortar with all leads & lifts, including sorting out serviceable materials and stacking the dismantled material neatly including necessary scaffolding & disposal of debris up to 3km lead with in the factory premises as directed by EIC.

Dismantling carefully the existing/ damaged structure of RCC/PCC, including sorting out serviceable materials and stacking the dismantled material neatly including necessary scaffolding & disposal of debris within the factory premises with lift up to 1.5 m and up to 3km lead within factory premises.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting, hoisting and fixing in position structural steel work with epoxy paint in rolled steel joints, channels, angles tees, flats, plates, lattice members built up / compound sections in columns, portals, girders, beams, bracings, trusses, purlins, rafters, staircase, steps, hand-railings, walkway, cat ladder with cages, toe plates, side walling, trestles, Conveyor gantries etc. including gusset plates, anchor plates etc., including necessary M.S. pipe scaffolding at all heights, surface painting as approved by EIC by shot blasting/Mechanical/Chemical means as directed, site and shop fasteners, riveting, bolting, welding at shop or work site at all heights etc. complete as per drawing and direction of Owner / Consultant. (All material supply is in contractor’s scope including paints (One coat of epoxy red oxide zinc phosphate primer and two coats of epoxy corrosion resistant enamel paint of approved make as directed by EIC, as per TS). (only TATA/SAIL/JINDAL/RINL make steel to be used).

Suppying, fabricating and fixing in position M.S. holding down bolts assembly consisting of bolts, heads, nuts, washers etc. and the like of any diameter as directed including embeding in cement concrete/R.C.C. works as per approved drawings complete in all respects including one coat of anticorrosive paint over a coat of approved quality primer.

Providing and laying “SHRINKOMP-10” or any other approved equivalent anti-shrinkage grouting in pockets/sleeves, under base plates of structural columns as specified in the drawing, dynamic machines such as small pumps and compressors alongwith mixing of 10 mm metal aggregate if required, complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment shall be made as per actual consumption of material only)

Providing and laying non-pressure NP-3 class RCC pipes of 600mm. dia for road crossing for encasing pipe lines/ cables with collars or socket spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) etc., complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying two coats of waterproof cement paint of approved manufacturer to external plastered surfaces or any other area including M.S. scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface, watering for two days etc. as directed.

Providing and fixing Misc. materials not covered in the Schedule of rates including transporting, loading, unloading at site etc. (cash receipt to be submitted). Note: 20% extra shall be paid over basic rate of cash memo.
