Full Height Plywood Partition.- Providing and fixing in position Full Height Partition of 75 mm thk as shown in the drawings including door & louvers (if required) in frame work at 2’ x 2 ‘ grid (horizontally and vertically) comprising of 2” x 2” Teak wood Section and / or as per frame work shown in the drawings with 12mm plywood on both sides finished with 1 mm thick laminates of approved shade and colour as shown in drawings. 2”x 2” Wooden member for door as per specificationItem also includes 10 mm thk toughten glass as shown in the drawing. including Single glazed modular series with 8 mm thick fixed glass panel. Rate is excluding of door. All exposed plywood surfaces to be finished with 1.5mm thk. laminate of approved make & shade, and all exposed edges of T.W. sections to be finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour as directed including all necessary Stainless Steel matt finish fittings/ hardware, and wood preservative paint etc. as as approved by the Architect, complete in all respects. Providing and fixing in position Powder Coated-aluminium fixed window fully glazed of any size as per detailed drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge with all necessary alluminium sections including necessary fixtures and fastening such as 5mm thick clear float glass etc. complete. Single shutter flush door- Providing and fixing in position Single leaf solid core flush door 38mm thermo pressed with 12mm thick sesoned teak wood external lipping as per IS:2202 and finished in approved melamine polish. The external surfaces of the shutter to be finished in 1.0mm thick laminate on both side. All wooden surfaces to be melamine polished. Providing and fixing Vision Panel of size as per drawings with 8mm thick clear toughened glass of approved make fixed by means of seasoned T.W beading finished in colour melamine polish of approved shade matching the surface finish Hardware for doors to include heavy duty Hinges-4 Nos. per shutter, Door will be supplied with specific heavy duty floor springs/door closer as per specification, , center +lock, handle ,4”hinges-4 no,complete door set in s.s Matt 304 grade etc. all as per detailed drawings For door -rate to include Wooden packing inside the top rail of the door shutter of all access controlled doors to enable the fixing of the access control system’s lock plate on the shutter’s face. Wooden packing inside the door frame’s top member to enable fixing of the Access control system’s electromagnetic lock on the soffit of the door frame should also be included in the rate.
