Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Outdoor Type Double Skin Floor Mounted Air Handling unit with thermal break profile and internal coving, double skin panels minimum 43±2 mm thick fabricated out pre-plasticized 22 swg GSS on outer side and plain 22 swg Galvanized sheet on inner side with PUF insulation density not less than 40 kg/m3 sandwiched between inner and outer sheet. , Mixing Box, EU-4 filter section with filters, 9 Kw Heater Bank section, Intra twin coil 22 Tr Coil Section with min. 6/8 Row DX coil, EC Motor Driven an 4200 CFM with 125mm Static Pressure, Fine Filtr Section EU7, Heapa Filter Section EU12, Sliding Type Arrangement with access door, and SS drain pan. AHU Dampers to be of Extruded Aluminum Low Leakage Aerofoil Volume Control Dampers with extanded shaft suitable for Manual & Motorised operation & Necessary cabling & earthing strip. Limit switches for AHU doors, inspection lamps. Cooling coil to be selected as per minimum 500 FPM and 6 Row or as required to achieve required coil leaving conditions. Limit Switch, Lamp, Fire Damper etc control wiring to be given at one location on AHU.For detailed constructional feature, please refer Technical Annexure.
