Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres,stacking servicable and unserviceable materials seperately.etc complete.

Conveying materials obtained from road cutting including all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compacting to not less than 97% of standard proctor density for a lead of over 300 metre to 500 metre inclusive from the site of excavation to the site of deposition as directed.

Construction of granular sub-base by Plant Mix Method by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at Optimum Moisture Content, carriage of mixed Material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader/ Paver on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller with V sat attachment to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401.For Grading I Material.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requ Indian Standard Institute te type of screening binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting with Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and V-Sat attachment to the required density with Grading- II, using Screening Type-B (11.2 millimetre Aggregate).

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.Laying By Grader/Paver.etc complete.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 millimetre, cement content not to be less than 150 kilogram per cubic metre, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant/ Weigh batch mixer, transported to site with all leads and lifts, laid with a paver with electronic sensor/ by suitable means as approved by Engineer-in-charge, compacting with vibratory roller, finishing and curing including preparation of sub-grade surface if required etc. complete.

Providing and laying 125 micron Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) sheet confirming to IS 3395:1997 below concrete pavement including all materials and labour complete.

Providing and laying in-situ M40 Grade unreinforced plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, using fine & coarse aggregates combined gradation as per Table 600-3 of MORTH Specification 2013, mixed in a batching and mixing plant/ non tilting mixer and Weigh batcher as per approved mix design, admixtures, transporting to site, spreading, laying, compacting and finished in a continuous operation, finishing to lines and grades as directed by Engineer-in-charge and curing by curing compound / by providing cement vata in cement Mortar 1:8 of 0.6 metre X 0.6 metre centre to centre, admeasuring 80 millimetre at bottom and 40 millimetre at top with depth of 75 millimetre and maintaining the same throughout curing period/ by any other method approved by Engineer-in-charge.with Supervisary Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA )

Providing and fixing in position TMT FE-500,32 millimetre diameter dowel bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint 60 centimetre long and at 30.00 centimetre center to center wherever directed including handling, straightening, necessary cutting supported by HYSD chairs with proper alignment by using properly designed assembly of Bulkheads lubricating half length with bituminous paint as directed etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position TMT FE-500, tie bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of 12 millimetre diameter 70 centimetre long and at 30.00 centimetre center to center and wherever directed including handling, straightening wrapping with paper of approved quality for half length, necessary cutting, handling, straightening, supported by assembly of HYSD chairs with proper alignment etc. complete.

Providing to contraction joints polysuphide sealent (Pouring grade) confirming to BS:5212-1989 into sawed groove widened at top for sealent reservoir of specified size and shape as per detailed drawing including fixing Polyethylene foam backer rod of required diameter (approximately 25% larger than the initial 3 millimetre to 4 millimetre joint) overlaid with bond breaking tape as per detailed drawing. Item includes cleaning the joints with water jet/ air compressor and allowing joint to become thoroughly dry before sealent is applied and applying primer. (A) Contraction & longitudinal joints (15 millimetre deep x 8 millimetre wide)

Excavation for foundation in hard murum including removing the excavated material upto distance of 50 metres beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift upto 1.5 metre).

Providing soling using 80 millimetre size trap metal in 15 centimetre layer including filling voids with crushed sand/ grit, ramming, watering etc. complete.

Providing and laying in situ / ready mix cement concrete of Mix-15 proportion with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer)) with reversible Drum Type mixer with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition, with VSI standard Artificial Sand.

Providing cast in situ / ready mix Mix-20 grade cement concrete for head walls of Cross Drainage work / retaining walls etc. including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition, with Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) standard Artificial Sand.

Providing, cutting, bending, hooking, tying and laying in position Thermo Mechanically Treated FE 500 steel bars for reinforcement for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per detailed drawings etc. complete.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/ plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 millimetre diameter Asbestos Cement pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1Vertical : 20 Horizantal towards drawing face as per drawings and technical specifications etc. complete.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 millimetre with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall by Sandy Material as per drawings and technical specifications etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Mandatory/Regulatory sign boards in Indian Road Congress of circular shape of 600 millimetre diameter made out of 1.5 millimetre aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class C ( Type XI Micro prismatic grade sheeting) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per Indian Road Congress:67-2012 Table No 8.3 Supported with back support frame 25 millimetre x 25 millimetre x 3 millimetre, duly painted on back side with grey stove enamel paint and supported on one numberof mild steel angle iron post of size 65 millimetre x 65 millimetre x 6 millimetre, 3.45 metrelong, duly painted with with flat oil paint having alternate black and white bands of 25 centimetre width including Galvanised Iron fixtures etc. fixing the boards in Mix-25 grade concrete block of size 60 centimetre x 60 centimetre x 75 centimetre including transportation etc. complete. Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 non pressure-2 class of 600 millimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 complete.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 Grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level & curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints except at sharp curve shall not more than 5mm), making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. having size 500mm L x 450mm H x 150mm Thk. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment).(precast C.C. Kerb stone shall be approved by engineer .

Supply of Precast Drain Cover with High Performance M-40 Grade reinforced concrete having Cover Size 500mm length x 732mm width x 145mm thick as directed Engineer in charge including delivery on site, loading, transportation,all taxes fixing material etc all complete.

Providing & laying of 60mm thick non slippery concrete paving blocks in M-30 Grade as per the IS 15658-2006 Block to be manufactured in fully automatic vibration compaction machine having strength of M30 & cured in controlled Temperature through mist. Transportation and fixing on site with all material and labour included etc all completed.

Providing of Tiles of size 300 x 300mm and 50mm thick square/required shape as per detailed drawings & specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge. Tiles to be manufactured having strength of M-30 reinforced concrete & cured in controlled temperature through mist. Transportation on site with all material and labour included etc all completed.

Note :

Item for which no rate or price has been entered in will not be paid for by the employer when executed and shall be deemed covered by the other rates and prices in the bill of quantities (Refer: ITB clause 13,2 and GCC clause 43.3)

Unit rates and prices shall be quoted by the bidder in Indian Rupee [ITB Clause 14.1].

Where there is a discrepancy between the rates in figures and in words, the rate in words will govern. [ITB Clause 27.1 (a)].

Where there is a discrepancy between the unit rate and the line item total resulting from multiplying the unit rate by quantity, the unit rate quoted shall govern [ITB Clause 27.1(b)].

BOQ is in two parts i. e. Part-1 Work Portion and Part-II Material Testing and Royalty Charges. Bidder should quote his rates and amount only in Part-I Work Portion only.

Rates for Testing Charges as mentioned in Part-II are fixed and not to be changed.

The offer of the work will be compared on both i. e. Part-I and Part-II (BOQ, Testing Charges and Royalty).
