The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Average annual turnover of at least Rs. 5Cr. for the last 7 financial years, with marks allocated as follows: - Turnover more than Rs. 5.00 Cr. and up to Rs. 20.00 Cr.: 03 marks - Turnover more than Rs. 20.00 Cr. and up to Rs 30.00 Cr: 04 marks - Turnover more than Rs.30.00 Cr.: 05 marks 2. Relevant experience of the Applicant, with marks allocated as follows: - One Eligible Assignment (experience of having completed similar works during last 7 years): 05 marks - For each additional one Assignment, additional 1 Mark up to 5: 05 marks - Solid Waste management project: 5 marks - Experience of having successfully completed design and supervision of Interception and Nala Diversion: - 6 Nos: 2 marks - 10 Nos: 3 marks - 12 Nos: 5 marks - Floating Matter Arrester: Experience of having successfully completed design: 05 marks 3. Relevant Experience of the Key Personnel, with marks allocated as follows: - Team Leader: 5 marks - Soil Engineer: 2 marks - Hydraulic design Engineer: 3 marks - Structural Engineer with experience in River abatement Structures: 3 marks - Public Health engineering expert: 2 marks - MEP Expert: 2 marks - Contract Expert: 2 marks - Environmental Management/ Environment Impact Assessment Expert: 2 marks - Socio-Economic Development Expert: 2 marks - Financial Analyst: 2 marks - Site Engineer Civil: 5 marks - Resident Engineer: 2 marks - Billing Engineer: 2 marks - Land Acquisition Expert: 2 marks - Legal Adviser: 2 marks - GIS & CAD Expert: 2 marks The bidder should have experience of similar type of project of Development, specifically: - Experience of at least one completed consultancy work of similar nature (sewerage/river pollution abatement work, Nala intercepting work) in India costing not less than Rs. 175 Crores and 12 Nos. STP of capacity of 0.65 MLD of MMBR/SIBF/IWT technology & related works, floating matter Arrester and completed 10 solid waste plants during last 7 financial years. - Alternatively, experience of at least Two completed consultancy work of similar nature (such as sewerage/river pollution abatement work, Nala intercepting work,) in India costing not less than Rs. 109 Crores and 8 Nos. STP of capacity of 0.65 MLD of MMBR/SIBF/IWT technology & related works, floating matter Arrester and completed 5 solid waste plants during last 7 financial years. The average annual turnover in the last 7 financial years should be at least Rs 5 Crores. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. Key personnel experience requirements: - Resident Engineer: Diploma Civil with minimum 10 years or BE Civil with min. 5 years experience in water supply/sewerage/similar work experience. - Billing Engineer: Diploma Civil with minimum 10 years or BE Civil with min. 5 years experience in water supply/sewerage/similar work experience. - Land Acquisition Expert: Graduate with min 10 years experience in land acquisition work. - Legal Adviser: 5 years’ Experience. - GIS & CAD Expert: 5 years’ Experience in relevant field.
