The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three (3) similar completed projects, each having a project cost of not less than INR 251 Crore. - Two (2) similar completed projects, each having a project cost of not less than INR 314 Crore. - One (1) similar completed project having a project cost of not less than INR 502 Crore. - Experience of having successfully completed design, preparation of DPR and bid process management for road projects in the last 5 years with cumulative length, evaluated as follows: - 37 to 46 km-3 lane Concrete road (one or more project) – 02 Marks - 46 km to 92 km – 3lane Concrete road (one or more project) - 03 Marks - 92 km to 138 km - 3lane Concrete road (one or more project) –04 Marks - More than 138 km- 3lane Concrete road (one or more project)–05 Marks - For each additional completed similar work, additional 1 Mark up to 5 Marks. - 8 years of experience in EIA related or Environmental management in Road Construction or Road Design/DPR related projects. - 5-8 years of experience in Survey works in Road Construction or Road Design/DPR related projects with hands-on experience of GPS Technology, Highway Alignment Software, and Computer Aided Technology. - More than 8 years of experience in Survey works in Road Construction or Road Design/DPR related projects with hands-on experience of GPS Technology, Highway Alignment Software, and Computer Aided Technology. - 10-12 years of Geotech design experience in Road Design/DPR related projects. - At least 12 years of Geotech design experience in Road Design/DPR related projects. The value for similar works completed is up to 5 Marks for additional completed similar works and up to 05 Marks for experience in design, preparation of DPR and bid process management. The total marks for this section is 15, and the total technical bid evaluation marks is 60, which implies that this section accounts for 25% of the technical bid evaluation. The bidder should have an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 1.7 Crores from Consultancy Services in the last 7 financial years. Key Professional Personnel experience requirements: - Team Leader: 15-20 years of experience (3 Marks) or more than 20 years of experience (6 Marks) - Resident Engineer cum Highway Expert: 12-15 years of experience (2 Marks) or more than 15 years of experience (5 Marks) - Structural Engineer: 15-18 years of design-related experience (2 Marks) or more than 18 years of design-related experience (4 Marks) - Site Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor: 10-12 years of experience (3 Marks) or more than 12 years of experience (6 Marks) - Electrical Engineer: 5-8 years of experience (2 Marks) or more than 8 years of experience (3 Marks) - Quality Engineer: 5-8 years of experience (2 Marks) or more than 8 years of experience (3 Marks) - Hydraulics Engineer (Water Supply cum Sanitation Expert): 2 Marks A penalty of 25% of fees will be recovered if Non-SSR items are not approved by PMRDA. The bidder's financial bid will only be opened if they attain at least 70 marks in the technical bid evaluation, which accounts for 80% of the aggregate score, while the financial score accounts for 20%.
