Conveying materials obtained from road cutting including all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compacting to not less than 97% of standard proctor density for a lead of over 50 metre to 300 metre inclusive from the site of excavation to the site of deposition as directed.

Excavation for catch/ side water gutter in all sorts of soils to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund and disposing of unsuitable or excess stuff as directed.

Construction of granular sub-base by Plant Mix Method by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at Optimum Moisture Content, carriage of mixed Material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader/ Paver on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401.For Grading I Material.

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.Laying By Grader/Paver.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kilogram/Square Metre using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by flames in boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on dry/hungry Black Top surface at 3.00 kilogram per 10 Square Metre using VG-30 grade bulk bitumen.

Proving and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam using crushed aggregates of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 bitumen at the rate 4.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired density for 76-100 milimetrem compacted thickness, using Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Vibratory Roller with Stone Dust filler.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of Grading-1, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.20 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 50 milimetre compacted thickness with VG-30 Bitumen, excluding prime/tack coat. Using Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Vibratory Roller with Stone Dust filler.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 milimetre thick including reflectorizing glass beads at 250 grams per square metre area, thickness of 2.50 milimetre is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per Indian Road Congress:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete.

Supplying hard murum at the road site including conveying and stacking complete.

Spreading the hard murum for side width complete.

Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with power roller including artificial watering complete.

Providing and applying priming coat over concrete/Masonry/Asbestos cement plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, greese, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required complete.

Providing and applying one coat of flat oil paint of approved colour and shade to internal/ external plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface (excluding primer coat) etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Precast divider of M-20 Grade as per approved detaild design and drawing in Position etc. complete

Dismantling brick masonry in lime or cement mortar and stacking the materials as directed with all leads, lifts, complete.

Removing rich mix cement concrete including stacking the spoils as directed with all leads, lifts complete.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of 1:4:8 proportion with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum rtype mixer with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition with fine agreegates of required specifications (VSI sand finely washed etc.)

Providing and fixing heavy duty inter locking concrete Rubber mould glossy paving blocks of 80 milimetre thickness of having a strength of 400 kilogram per square centimetre of approved quality and shape on a bed of crushed sand of 25 to 30 milimetre thick including skirting joints and cleaning etc. complete using 100 percent crushed sand.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 non pressure-3 class of 600 milimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 non pressure-2 class of 450 milimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 complete.

Providing second class Burnt Brick masonry with conventional /Indian Standard type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in foundations and plinth of inner walls /in plinth external walls including bailing out water manually, striking joints on unexposed faces, raking out joints on exposed faces and watering complete.

Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortar using approved screened sand, in all positions including base coat of 15 milimetre thick in cement mortar 1:4 using waterproofing compound at 1 kg per cement bag curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 6 to 8 milimetre thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for fourteen days scaffolding etc. complete.

Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete Heavy duty (225 kilogram) cover of size 90 centimeter x 45 centimeter with frame over inspection chamber complete.

Supplying and installation of Road Delineators (Roadway Indicators, Hazard markers, Object markers) 80 to 100 centimetre high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 centimetre wide strips, fitted with 80 x100 milimetre rectangular or 75 milimetre diameter circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to Indian Road Congress 79 and the drawings complete.

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers/ Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kilogram tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular Number RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dated 11-06-1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 milimetre, 100 milimetre and 102 +/- 2 milimetre and with minimum reflective area of 13 square centimetre on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 milimetre and height not less than 30+/- 2 milimetre) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.

Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand,gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting, dewatering etc. complete. (Lift from 1.5 metre to 3.0 metre) by Mechanical Means..

Excavation for foundation in hard murum including removing the excavated material upto distance of 50 metres beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting, dewatering etc. complete. (Lift from 1.5 metre) by Mechanical Means..

Providing dry/ trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss rubble stone soling 15 centimetre to 20 centimetre thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete.

Providing and laying in situ / ready mix cement concrete of Mix-10 proportion with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer with SCADA with fine agreegates of required specifications (VSI sand finely washed etc.)

Providing cast in situ / ready mix Mix-20 grade cement concrete for head walls of Cross Drainage work / retaining walls etc. including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition, with Natural / Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) standard Artificial Sand.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 non pressure-3 class of 1200 milimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 complete.

Preparing Shrubbery:- Excavating the ground to a required depth of 30 cms. Removing rubbish & conveying unwanted stuff to a required distance as directed. Filling fresh garden soil & manure inexcavatedarea in 3:1 proportion to a height of 30 cms. Mixing garden soil and manure thoroughly well,leveling,watering on previous night. Planting well, levelling, watering on previous night. Planting well developed shrubs plants, 0.50 mtr. height, 0.45Mtrs, apart as dircted and 553 580.65 mtr. height, 0.45Mtrs, apart as dircted and maintaining till well established by watering,weedings, Stirring replacing, replacing, casualatie etc. complete.

PLANTING LARGE FLOWERING/SHADY TREES (Minimum Height 2 Mtr) :- Digging pit with size 0.90 m × 0.90 m × 0.90 m Removing & conveying unwanted stuff to a required distance as directed. Filling the pit with approved excavated material up to a hight of 0.30 m. and remaining height of 0.60 m. with fresh garden soil & manure in in 3:1 proportion. Mixing soil and manure thoroughly well, leveling, as directed, watering previous night. Planting Two or Three year old,minimum 2.0 mtr. height, healthy tree sapling as per specifications. Maintaining till well established by watering, weedings, Stirring of soil, staking, replacing of casualties etc. complete.

Garden Soil : Supplying on site garden soil well sieved 90% to pass through I.S. sieve of 10 mm size free from stones rubbish like dried grass roots and other such materials. The soil should be fresh from quarry. The colour of the soil generally be red. The soil will be measured by measuring box (Farma). (Item includes Royalty charges, Transporting, loading, unloading etc.) Lead charges for 30 Km is considered.

Farm Yard Manure : Supplying on site well decayed, well dried , well powered, without clods and free from stones, dried grass and other rubbish material . The colour fo manure generally be black. The manure will be measured by measuring box (Farma). (Item includes Transporting , loading, unloading etc.) lead charges for 30 Km is considered.
