Excavation for catch/ side water gutter in hard murum and boulder strata to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund and disposing of unsuitable or excess stuff as directed.

Excavation for catch/ side water gutter in soft rock strata to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund and disposing of unsuitable stuff as directed.

Excavation for catch/ side water gutter in hard rock strata to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund by chieselling and wedging and disposing of unsuitable stuff as directed.

Providing earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from departmental land upto lead of 50 metre including all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre thickness breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compaction with vibratory roller to achieve not less than 97% of standard proctor density etc. complete. (Material obtained from departmental Land)

Watering and compacting of embankment formed of materials obtained from the road cutting, within a lead of 50 metre, not less than 97 percent of standard proctor density after laying them in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre with vibratory roller.

Conveying materials obtained from road cutting including all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compacting to not less than 97% of standard proctor density for a lead of over 50 metre to 300 metre inclusive from the site of excavation to the site of deposition as directed.

Construction of granular sub-base by Plant Mix Method by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at Optimum Moisture Content, carriage of mixed Material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader/ Paver on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401. For Grading II Material.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means Grading-I, using Screening Type-B (11.2 milimetre Aggregate).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means Grading-II (Using Screening Type-B (11.2 milimetre Aggregate).

Providing and constructing 50 milimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 milimetre stone metal layers 100% crusher broken metal with conical crusher plant, heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 grade at 1.75 kilogram per square metre, spreading 12 milimetre size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 metric tonne to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete including applying tack coat at the rate of 0.30 kilogram per square metre on existing bitumen surface.

Providing and constructing 50 milimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 milimetre stone metal layers 100% crusher broken metal with conical crusher plant, heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 grade at 1.75 kilogram per square metre, spreading 12 milimetre size chips compacting with static roller having weight 8 to 10 metric tonne to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete including picking of existing WBM surface.

Proving and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 80/100 milimetre compacted thickness with 3.3 percent VG-30 bitumen using Batch Mix type hot mix plant with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition, Sensor Paver, vibratory roller.

Providing and Laying Open Graded premix surfacing 20 milimetre thickness composed of 13.2 milimetre to 5.6 milimetre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction, using VG-30 bulk bitumen, Drum Mix type hot mix plant with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition, Paver and Vibratory roller over Modified Penetration Macadam surface.

Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminous surface including supplying all materials & bitumen of VG-30 grade preparing existing road surface, heating and applying bitumen at the rate 0.98 kilogram per square metre by mechanical means, spreading chips and rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 metric tonne etc. complete.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by flames in boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on dry/hungry Black Top surface at 3.00 kilogram per 10 Square Metre using VG-30 grade bulk bitumen.

Supplying hard murum at the road site including conveying and stacking complete.

Spreading the hard murum for side width complete.

Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with power roller including artificial watering complete.

Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand,gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting, dewatering etc. complete. (Lift from 1.5 metre to 3.0 metre) by Mechanical Means..

Providing soling using 80 milimetre size trap metal in 15 centimetre layer including filling voids with crushed sand/ grit, ramming, watering etc. complete.

Providing and laying in situ / ready mix cement concrete of Mix-10 proportion with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer with SCADA with fine agreegates of required specifications (VSI sand finely washed etc.)

Providing cast in situ / ready mix Mix-20 grade cement concrete for head walls of Cross Drainage work / retaining walls etc. including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition, with Natural / Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) standard Artificial Sand.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 non pressure-3 class of 1200 milimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 complete.

Providing and laying Weep Holes of 100 milimetre diameter Asbestos Cement / PolyVenylChloride pipes as per drawing for abutment returns, return walls etc. complete.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 milimetre with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Providing expansion joints with 25 milimetre thick bituminous pad as per detailed drawings etc. complete.

Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete 200 metre stone as per Indian Road Congress standard including fixing in block of cement concrete 1:4:8,painting lettering complete.

Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 ordinary kilometre stones including painting,numbering as per Indian Road Congress design for major district road kilometre stone and fixing in standard size cement concrete 1:4:8 block complete.

Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete 5th kilometre stones on major district road including painting ,numbering as per Indian Road Congress design kilometre stone and fixing in standard size cement concrete 1:4:8 block complete.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 milimetre thick including reflectorizing glass beads at 250 grams per square metre area, thickness of 2.50 milimetre is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per Indian Road Congress:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete.

Providing and erecting a Type-A, W "Metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 milimetre thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 centimetre above road/ ground level, fixed on Indian Standard Medium Channel series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 milimetre spaced 2 metre centre to centre, 1.8 metre high, 1.1 metre below ground/ road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 milimetre, 330 milimetre long complete as per clause 810)".

Providing and fixing Cautionary/Warning sign boards in Equilateral Triangle size of 900 milimetre made out of 2 milimetre aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class C ( Type XI Micro prismatic grade sheeting) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per Indian Road Congress:67-2012 Table No 8.3 Supported with back support frame 25 milimetre x 25 milimetre x 3 milimetre, duly painted on back side with grey stove enamel paint and supported on one numberof mild steel angle iron post of size 65 milimetre x 65 milimetre x 6 milimetre, 3.45 metrelong, duly painted with with flat oil paint having alternate black and white bands of 25 centimetre width including Galvanised Iron fixtures etc. fixing the boards in Mix-25 grade concrete block of size 60 centimetre x 60 centimetre x 75 centimetre including transportation etc. complete. ClassC ( Type XI Micro prismatic grade sheeting) shall have 10 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cut-out sheeting and cut-out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty certificate in original should be submitted to the Engineer in charge by the contractor/supplier.
