Providing and laying in situ or ready mix or ready mix Mix-15 cement concrete of trap metal in foundation including necessary centering, formwork, bailing out water, compacting and curing et-cetra complete. (with fully automatic micro processor based Programmable Logic Controller without Supervisory control and data acquisition enabled with reversible drum type mixer or concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with natural or artifical sand)

Providing cast in situ or ready mix Mix-20 grade cement concrete for head walls of Cross Drainag work or retaining walls et-cetra including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing et-cetra complete. (with reversible drum type mixer or concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) without Supervisory control and data acquisition.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete Mix-30 with tremix treatment for 200 milmeter thickness for Concrete Road is including laying plastic sheet for 125 micron thickness with groove cutting of 4 milmeter wide and 20 milmeter deep with necessary refilling with bitumen ( excluding reinforcement) with coarse and fine aggregate ( natural sand or Vertical Shaft Impact grade finely washed crushed sand) et-cetra complete with fully automatic micro processor based Programmable Logic Controller without Supervisory control and data acquisition enabled reversible Drum Type mixer or concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) et-cetra complete.

Providing and fixing in position Thermo Mechanically Treated Ferrous 500, tie bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of 12 milimeter diameter 70 centimeters long and at 30.00 centimeter Center to Center and wherever directed including handling, straightening wrapping with paper of approved quality for half length, necessary cutting, handling, straightening , supported by assembly of Thermo Mechanically Treated Ferrous 500, chairs with proper alignment et-cetra complete.

Providing and fixing in position Thermo Mechanically Treated Ferrous 500, 25 milimeter diameter dowel bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of required Diameter 60 centimeters Long and at 30.00 centimeter Center to Center and wherever directed including handling, straightening, necessary cutting supported by Thermo Mechanically Treated Ferrous 500, chairs with proper alignment by using properly designed assembly of Bulkheads lubricating half length with bituminous paint as directed et-cetra complete.

Excavation for catch or side water gutter in all sorts of soils to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund and disposing of unsuitable or excess stuff as directed all sorts of soils.

Providing earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from departmental land upto lead of 50 meter including all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimeter to 30 centimeter thickness breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compaction with vibratory roller to achieve not less than 97 percent of standard proctor density et-cetra complete ( Material obtained from departmental Land)

Watering and compacting of embankment formed of materials obtained from the road cutting within a lead of 50 meter, not less than 97 percent of standard Proctor density after laying them in layers of 20 centimeter to 30 centimeter with Power roller.

Supplying hard murum or kankar at the road site, including conveying and stacking complete.

Spreading hard murum or soft murrum or gravel or kankar for side width complete.

Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with vibratory roller including artificial watering et-cetra complete.

Providing and constructing 50 milimeter thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 milimeter stone layers metal 100 percent crusher broken metal with conical crusher palnt, heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade at 1.75 kilogram per square meter, spreading 12 milimeter size chips compacting with Static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 et-cetra complete, including applying tack coat at the rate of 0.30 Kilogram Square meter on existing bitumen surface. (Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Open Graded Premix Surfacing- Providing and Laying Open Graded Carpet 20 milimeter thickness composed of 13.2 milimeter to 5.6 milimeter aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction but including Tack and Seal coat. For Bitumen of specified grade--USING drum mix type hot mix plant withtout Supervisory control and data acquisition, Paver and Vibratory roller ( Over Modified Penetration Macadam Surface) (Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminous surface including supplying all materials and bitumen of specified grade preparing existing road surface, heating and applying bitumen at 0.98 Kilogram Square meter by mechanical means, spreading chips and rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne et-cetra complete. (Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as 'Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period et-cetra', having rectangular shape of 1.20 meter x 0.90 meter size made out 18 gauge (1.25 milimeter) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border or messages or symbols et-cetra with approved colour shade paint complete, on Mild Steel angle of size 35 x 35 x 3 milimeter frame with properly cross braced Mild Steel angles of size 35 milimeter x35 milimeter x3 milimeter duly painted including Two Mild Steel angle iron posts of size 65 milimeter x 65 milimeter x 6 milimeter, 3.65 meter long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 centimeter width including all fixtures et-cetra and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 centimeter x 60 centimeter x 75 centimeter including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour et-cetra complete.
