The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Total annual value of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited. - Work performed as prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and value over the last five years. - Satisfactorily executed in any one year of the last five years for the following minimum quantities of the work: - R.C.C. M-20 and above: 738.22 cubic meters - Plaster: 9922.22 square meters - Flooring: 1349.95 square meters - G.F.R.C.: 226.79 square meters - False Ceiling: 271.59 square meters The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - Three similar type works with each work having a cost of not less than 40% of the tender cost at the price level 2024-25 (i.e., Rs. 736.41 Lakhs x 3 works). - Two similar type works with each work having a cost of not less than 50% of the tender cost at the price level 2024-25 (i.e., Rs. 920.51 Lakhs x 2 works). - One similar type work with a cost of not less than 80% of the tender cost at the price level 2024-25 (i.e., Rs. 1472.82 Lakhs x 1 work). The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor at least one similar work of value not less than the amount indicated. Additionally, the bidder should have executed in anyone year of the minimum quantities of the following items of work as indicated. The annual financial turnover for the bidder should be a maximum amount indicated, which is Rs. 690.38 Lakhs. The bidder should submit a work done certificate issued by a competent authority in support of this, which should include information such as project name, name of employer, description of work, value of contract, contract number, date of issue of work order, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay, if any.
