Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means -Grading I (Using Screening Type B (11.2 milimetre) Aggregate)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means - Grading II (Using Screening Type B (11.2 milimetre) Aggregate)

Providing and constructing 75 milimetre thick Modified Penetraction Macadam road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 milimetre stone layers metal 100% crusher broken metal with conical crusher plant, heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade @ 2 kilogramme per square metre, spreading 12 milimetre size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etcetra complete, including applying tack coat of specified grade of bitumen at the rate of 0.30 Kilogramme Square metre on existing bitumen surface. (Using Viscocity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

(Using Viscocity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE:--Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregate of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder @5.40 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported at site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade ,level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 30 milimetre compacted thickness with drum mix plant without Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, Sensor paver and Vibratory roller including Tack coat etcetra complete --Bitumen of specified grade with stone dust filler. (Using Viscocity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standards 458:2003 Non Pressure-3 class of 600 milimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope etcetra complete.

Labour charges for removing grass, thorney shrubs, Jungli shrub, Kubabul and alike grass along roadside making the ground clean by showel and phavaras etcetra complete.

Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand, gravel, soft murum including shoring and strutting, dewatering as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etcetra complete. (By Mechanical Means) a) Upto 1.50 meter lift Normal Rate

Providing and laying in situ / ready mix cement concrete of Mix-10 proportion with trap/granite/ quartzite/gneiss metal in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etcetra complete. (with reversible drum type mixer without Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition with fine agreegates of required specifications (Natural sand /Verticle Shaft Impactor sand finely washed etc )

Providing cast in situ /ready mix Mix-10 grade cement concrete for head walls of Cross Drain work / retaining walls etcetra including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etcetra complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) without Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition with fine agreegates of required specifications (Natural sand / Verticle Shaft Impactor sand finely washed etc ), cement 4.05 bags per cubic metre)

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standards 458:2003 Non Pressure-3 class of 900 milimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope etcetra complete.
