Including picking of existing Water Bound Macadam surface. (Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

DENSE BITUMINOUS MACADAM: Proving and laying dense bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder of specified grade of Bitumen at 4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 76-100 milimeter compacted thickness .USING Batch mix type hot mix plant without Supervisory control and data acquisition, Sensor Paver, Vibratory roller with Stone Dust filler.(Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE:--Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregate of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.40 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported at site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade ,level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 40 milimeter compacted thickness with drum mix plant without Supervisory control and data acquisition, Sensor paver and Vibratory roller including Tack coat et-cetra complete --Bitumen of specified grade with stone dust filler. (Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand, gravel, soft murum including shoring and strutting, dewatering as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed et-cetra complete. ( By Mechanical Means ) a) Upto 1.50 meter lift Normal Rate

Providing cast in situ or ready mix Mix-20 grade cement concrete for head walls of Cross Drainag work or retaining walls et-cetra including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing et-cetra complete. (with reversible drum type mixer or concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) without Supervisory control and data acquisition.

Providing and laying weep holes of 100 milimeter diameter Polyvinyl chloride pipes as per drawing for abutment returns, return walls et-cetra Complete.

Providing and fixing heavy duty inter locking concrete Grey paving blocks of 60 milimeter thickness of having a strength of 300 Kilogram per Square centimeter of approved quality and shape on a bed of crushed sand of 25 to 30 milimeter thick including skirting joints and cleaning et-cetra complete.

Providing and laying in situ or ready mix Mix-20 plain cement concrete of trap metal for cast in citu piers, abutment, returns, wings et-cetra including provision of "V" shaped false joints to form suitable panels on the faces to approve design with compacting by vibrating and curing complete, including plywood or steel form work centering (excluding dewatering by means of pump) and including bailling out water and curing finishing in Cement Morter 1:3 et-cetra complete as directed by engineer in charge basic rate shall be increased for height above 5.00 meter in followinh manners (a) Height upto 5 Meter (With Concrete Mixer) With fine agreegates of required specifications (Vertical Shaft Impact sand finely washed et-cetra) i) Height up to 5 meter, normal rate.

Road Delineators: Supplying and installation of delineators (Roadway Indicators, Hazard markers, Object markers) 80 to 100 centimeter high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 centimeter wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 milimeter rectangular or 75 milimeter diameter Circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and confirming to Indian Road Congress 79 and the drawings.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised informatory sign board rectangular or Square in shape having area less than 0.9 square meter made out of 2 milimeter aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class C (Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive or heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per Indian Road Congress:67-2012 Table Number 8.3, supported with back support frame 25 milimeter x 25 milimeter x 3 milimeter, duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on one Number mild steel angle iron post 75 milimeter x 75 milimeter x 6 milimeter, 3.5 meter long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with Mix-25 grade cement concrete 45 centimeter x 45 centimeter x 60 centimeter, 60 centimeter below ground level as per approved drawing The angle iron post shall be duly painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy finish paints having alternate black and white bands of 25 centimeter width including Galvanized Iron fixures and transportation et-cetra complete.The nut bolts of board with angle iron post or supporting structure after fixing at site has to be electrically welded. Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) sheeting shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cut-out sheeting and cut-out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty.

Providing and Laying hot applied thermoplastic road marking strip on Bituminous Surface of specified shade or colour of 2.5 milimeter thick including 1.5 Refractive index reflectorizing glass beads at 250 gram/square meter. Thickness of 2.5 milimeter is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per Indian Road Congress 35:2015. Initial Dry reflectivity RL shall be 250 mcd/sqm/lux measured in the initial 7 days and sustained reflectivity RL of 100 mcd/sqm/ lux and Qd of 100 mcd/sqm/ lux measured at the end of 2 years by means of a Standard Reflectometer of Zehntner, Easylux, Delta make capable of measuring RL and QD both according to Indian Road Congress 35:2015 clause 15.5. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes complete as per  direction of Engineer-in-charge and in accordance with applicable specifications.(Refer Ministry of Surface Transport and Highway Clause 803 for technical Specification and  Performance for Indian Road Congress 35:2015).

Providing and fixing Mandatory or Regulatory sign boards in circular shape of 900 milimeter diameter made out of 2 milimeter aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class C ( Type XI Micro prismatic grade sheeting) having pressure sensitive or heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per Indian Road Congress : 67-2012 Table Number 8.3 Supported with back support frame 25 milimeter x 25 milimeter x 3 milimeter, duly painted on back side with grey stove enamel paint and supported on one no. of Mid Steel angle iron post of size 65 milimeter X 65 milimeter X 6 milimeter, 3.45 meter long, duly painted with flat oil paint having alternate black and white bands of 25 centimeter width including Galvanized Iron fixtures et-cetra fixing the boards in Mix-25 grade concrete block of size 60 centimeter X 60 centimeter X 75 centimeter including transportation et-cetra complete. Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers or Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kilogram tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of Ministry of Road Transport and Highway Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Date 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 milimeter, 100 milimeter and 102 +/- 2 milimeter and with minimum reflective area of 13 Square centimeter on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 milimeter and height not less than 30+/- 2 milimeter) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kilograme Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.
