ITEM No. 3 :-           Removing NP-2 and NP-3 class pipes including stacking at road side as directed by the Engineer in charge - Upto 900millimetre diameter etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 4 :-           Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand, gravel, soft murum including shoring and strutting as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 5 :-           Providing dry/ trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss rubble stone soling 15 centimetre to 20 centimetre thick including hand packing and compacting etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 6 :-     Providing and laying in situ / ready mix cement concrete of M10 proportion with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etcetera complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer)) with SCADA with Natural / VSI standard Artificial Sand) (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 7 :-   Providing cast in situ / ready mix M-20 grade cement concrete for head walls of CD work / retaining walls etcetera. including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etcetera complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with SCADA. (Material including all lead and lifts).

ITEM No. 8 :-           Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of IS 458:2003 NP-3 class of 1000 millimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 and curing etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts).

ITEM No. 9 :-           Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts and leads and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed. By Mechanical Means.

ITEM No. 10 :-       Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with Vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means- Grading I (Using Screening Type A (13.2) millimetre Aggregate) (Material including all lead and lifts).

ITEM No. 11 :-       Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means – Grading II (Using Screening Type B (11.2 millimetre) Aggregate (Material including all lead and lifts).

ITEM No. 12 :-       Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader / Paver on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 - Plant Mix Method and Grading - III Material. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 13 :-       Providing and constructing 75 millimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 millimetre stone metal layers 30% crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken (by breaking rubble obtained by blasting) heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 grade at the rate of 2 Kilogram per Square Metre, spreading 12 millimetre size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etcetera complete including picking of existing Water Bound Macadam surface. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 14 :-       Providing and constructing 50 millimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 millimetre stone layers metal 30% crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken metal (By breaking Rubble obtained by blasting), heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 @ 1.75 kilogram per Square metre, spreading 12 millimetre size chips compacting with Static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etcetera complete, including applying tack coat of bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 0.30 Kilogram per Square metre (on existing bitumen surface.) (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 15 :-       Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on Dry / Hungry B.T. surface 3 Kilogram per 10 Square Metre, VG-30 bulk bitumen. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 16 :-       Open Graded Premix Surfacing- Providing and Laying OGC 20 millimetre thickness composed of 13.2 millimetre to 5.6 millimetre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction but excluding prime / tack and Seal coat. USING drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Paver and Vibratory roller (Over BT Surface). Using Bitumen of VG-30 grade. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 17 :-       Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminous surface including supplying all materials and bitumen of VG-30 grade preparing existing road surface, heating and applying bitumen at the rate of 0.98 Kilogram per square metre by mechanical means, spreading chips and rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 18 :-  Providing selected hard murum filling including laying in layers of 15 to 20 centimetre with watering and compacting etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts).

ITEM No. 19 :-  Supplying hard murum / kankar at the road side, including conveying with all leads and stacking etcetera complete as directed by Engineer in charge. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 20 :-       Spreading hard murum/ soft murum/ gravel or kankar for side width complete.

ITEM No. 21 :-       Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with Vibratory roller including artificial watering etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 22 :-       Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ordinary Kilometre stones including painting, numbering, etcetera complete for National Highway and State Highway and Major District Road as per IRC design for Highway Kilometre stones and fixing in standard size Cement Concrete 1:4:8 block etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 23 :-       Providing and fixing 200 metre stone as per IRC design including painting, numbering, fixing in 150 millimetre X 150 millimetre X 900 millimetre standard size cement concrete 1:4:8 block etcetera complete as directed by Engineer in charge. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 24 :-       Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as ‘Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etcetera’, having rectangular shape of 1.20 metre X 0.90 metre size made out 18 gauge (1.25 millimetre) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border / messages / symbols etcetera with approved colour shade paint complete, on Mild Steel angle of size 35 X 35 X 3 millimetre frame with properly cross braced Mild steel angles of size 35 millimetre X 35 millimetre X 3 millimetre duly painted including Two Mild steel angle iron posts of size 65 millimetre X 65 millimetre X 6 millimetre, 3.65 metre long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 centimetre width including all fixtures etcetera and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 centimetre X 60 centimetre X 75 centimetre including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etcetera complete.
