Providing and fixing of UE Luxalon® screen panel cladding fixed system manufactured by M/s Hunter Douglas. The Screen panels of various sizes say 600 mm X 1800 mm as per design requirement shall be manufactured from high corrosion resistant aluminium alloy AA 3105 of 1.0 mm thick. Screen panels shall have perforated panels as per architect's choice. The combination of perforations (The maximum perforation area shall not exceed 30%) to be provided to suite the design panels. Panels shall be coated only on the visible side with Architectural Grade Powder Coating in approved RAL colour. The panels of required length and height shall be fixed to suitable steel sub-structure provided by the client. The panel shall be fixed to substructure by means of screen panel guide clamps of 50mm x 50mm x 75 mm Length x 3 mm thick Aluminium coated in black colour. The Screen Panels shall be formed by bending from all four sides and shall have extended flanges to accommodate the L - Cleats. Client shall provide sub frame secondary steel structure made from MS Steel. The Panels shall be fixed to a suitable sub structure by means of rigid fixing details, taking into account the relevant live loads and a dead load. The Installation shall be carried out as per manufacturer recommendation.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles (Matt and Antiskid Finish) in floor in 600 milimeter x 1200milimeter sizes (thickness to be specified by th e manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 milimeter thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments excetra. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diametermond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick toughen glass and edge polish as shown in the drawings or as directed, including all necessary fittings like Upper glazing profile, bottom locking glazing profile, standard gasket for profile, locking Gasket 12mm, door soft central 180 weather seal for glass edges as per drawings having glass fixing sections at all sides concealed in partitions etc. complete as directed by Engineer -IN-Charge. gaps between glass panels should be filled by clear silicon weather proofing sealant , EPDM gaskets, handles all necessary fasteners and accessories complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of Zinc Titanium Alloy as - Flat Lock Panel of size 425mmX425mm of Nedzinc/V M Zinc/Kingspan or Equivalent brand as per Architect design & approval in 0.7mm thick in 7 layers system comprising of the following layers 1) TOP LAYER - Zinc titanium alloy Flat Lock Panel of size 425mmX425mm as per Architect design) manufactured from zinc titanium alloy in preweathered Quartz Plus finish in 0.7mm minimum thickness . 2) SECOND LAYER - Anti abrasive breathable membrane laid at the underside of zinc panels. Anti- Abrasive membrane to be laid underneath the roofing bullnose sheets . 3) THIRD LAYER - GI Strip - 1.0mm thick GI strips to placed at distance of 430 mm for fixing of clips. 4) FOURTH LAYER - Low Rib : 0.47mm TCT Hi-Tensile steel sheets profile with nominal 3.5mm to 4.0mm deep ribs at pitch of nominal 48mm centre to centre distance. 5) FIFTH LAYER:- Z GIRT: Sub girt in Z-section 1.5mm thk in galvanised steel 120 gsm fixed to steel purlins through bottom sheet. 6) SIXTH LAYER: INSULATION - Rockwool insulation of 100mm thickness, 64kg/m³ density with one side aluminum foil to act as vapour barrier. 7) SEVENTH LAYER : Bottom sheet – Colour Coated Trapezoidal Galvalume minimum thickness of 0.50mm (TCT) profile sheet of 980-1050 mm effective cover width and 28‐35 mm height ribs with pitch at 200‐250 mm centre‐to‐centre.

Supply & Installation of Aluminium Non-insulated gutter of 2mm thickness Alloy AA1100 / 1200 with complete seamless Argon welding and gutter expansion joints @ every 12m. It includes necessary down take spout with diameter upto 150 - 200 mm at required intervals as per MEP consultant details to be provided & other accessories like Cover plate, end caps, and welding at joints. The Girth of gutter would be upto 1500mm. Dye Penetration test to be conducted wherever aluminium welding has been done. All complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge.
