Wet Mix Macadam -- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at Optimum Moisture Content in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Laying By Grader/Paver.

Prime coat - Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying, primer at the rate of 0.60 kilogramme per square metre using mechanical means.

BITUMINOUS MACADAM:--Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregate of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder, transported at site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface , finished to the required grade ,level, alignment,and rolling to achieve the desired density for 50 milimetre compacted thickness with drum mix type hot mix plant without Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition having complying essential features of Hot mix plant as per Indian Roads Congress-27 2009 specified conditions and attachments such as electronic load sensor based belt conveyers,automatic synchronization of bitumen and aggregate fedder,built in dust controller system and Programmable logic controller for Drum Mix plant ,Sensor paver,and Vibratory roller excluding prime/Tack coat Etcetera complete --Bitumen 3.30% of specified grade (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen set footed in bitumen boller on Black Top surface 2.5 kilogramme per 10 square metre (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE:--Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregate of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder @5.40% by weight of total mix and filler, transported at site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade ,level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 30 milimetre compacted thickness with drum mix plant with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, Sensor paver and Vibratory roller excluding prime/Tack coat Etcetera complete --Bitumen of specified grade with stone dust filler. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Supplying hard murum/ kankar at the road site, including conveying and stacking complete.

Spreading hard murum/ soft murrum/ gravel or kankar for side width complete.

Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with vibratory roller including artificial watering Etcetera complete.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 milimetre thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gramms per square metre area, thickness of 2.5 milimetre is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per Indian Roads Congress:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standards 458:2003 Non Pressure-3 class of 600 milimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope Etcetera complete.

Providing and fixing Reinforced Cement Concrete 200 metre stones as per Indian Roads Congress standard including fixing in standard size Cement Concrete 1:4:8 block including curing, painting lettering Etcetera complete.

Providing and fixing 1:2:4 ordinary kilometre as per Indian Roads Congress standard including fixing in standard size Cement Concrete 1:4:8 block including curing, painting lettering Etcetera complete.

Providing and fixing Reinforced Cement Concrete 5th Kilometre stones as per Indian Roads Congress standard including fixing in standard size Cement Concrete 1:4:8 block including curing, painting lettering Etcetera complete.
