Construction of granular sub-base by Plant Mix Method by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at Optimum Moisture Content, carriage of mixed Material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader/ Paver on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401.For Grading I Material.

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.Laying By Grader/Paver.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kilogram/Square Metre using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by flames in boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on dry/hungry Black Top surface at 3.00 kilogram per 10 Square Metre using VG-30 grade bulk bitumen.

Providing and laying Bituminious Macadam using crushed aggregate of Grading 1, premixed with bituminious binder, transported at site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired density for 80/100 milimetre compacted thickness with using Drum Mix type hot mix plant with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition, having complying essential features of hot mix plant as per IRC-27:2009 specified conditions and attachments such as electronic load sensor based belt conveyers, automatic synchronization of bitumen and aggregate fedder, built in dust controller system and Programmable Logic Controller for Drum Mix plant, Sensor Paver and Vibratory Roller excluding prime/Tack coat complete with VG-30 grade Bitumen of dose 3.30 percent.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of Grading-1, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.20 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 50 milimetre compacted thickness with VG-30 Bitumen, excluding prime/tack coat. Using Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Vibratory Roller with Stone Dust filler.

Supplying hard murum at the road site including conveying and stacking complete.

Spreading the hard murum for side width complete.

Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with power roller including artificial watering complete.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 milimetre thick including reflectorizing glass beads at 250 grams per square metre area, thickness of 2.50 milimetre is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per Indian Road Congress:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 non pressure-2 class of 450 milimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 non pressure-3 class of 900 milimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 complete.

Providing second class Burnt Brick masonry with conventional /Indian Standard type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in foundations and plinth of inner walls /in plinth external walls including bailing out water manually, striking joints on unexposed faces, raking out joints on exposed faces and watering complete.

Providing internal cement plaster 12 millimeter thick in single coat in cement mortar 1:5 with neeru finish to concrete or brick surfaces, in all positions including scaffolding and curing complete.

Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortar using approved screened sand, in all positions including base coat of 15 milimetre thick in cement mortar 1:4 using waterproofing compound at 1 kg per cement bag curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 6 to 8 milimetre thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for fourteen days scaffolding etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Precast divider of M-20 Grade as per approved detaild design and drawing in Position etc. complete

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers/ Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kilogram tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular Number RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dated 11-06-1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 milimetre, 100 milimetre and 102 +/- 2 milimetre and with minimum reflective area of 13 square centimetre on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 milimetre and height not less than 30+/- 2 milimetre) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.

Providing and fixing Mandatory/Regulatory sign boards in cIndian Road Congressular shape of 900 milimetre diameter made out of 2 milimetre aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class C ( Type XI Micro prismatic grade sheeting) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per Indian Road Congress:67-2012 Table No 8.3 Supported with back support frame 25 milimetre x 25 milimetre x 3 milimetre, duly painted on back side with grey stove enamel paint and supported on one numberof mild steel angle iron post of size 65 milimetre x 65 milimetre x 6 milimetre, 3.45 metrelong, duly painted with with flat oil paint having alternate black and white bands of 25 centimetre width including Galvanised Iron fixtures etc. fixing the boards in Mix-25 grade concrete block of size 60 centimetre x 60 centimetre x 75 centimetre including transportation etc. complete. Class C ( Type XI Micro prismatic grade sheeting) shall have 10 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cut-out sheeting and cut-out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty certificate in original should be submitted to the Engineer in charge by the contractor/supplier.
