DENSE BITUMINOUS MACADAM: Proving and laying dense bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder of specified grade of Bitumen at 4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 76-100 milimeter compacted thickness .USING Drum mix type hot mix plant without Supervisory control and data acquisition, Sensor Paver, Vibratory roller with Stone Dust filler. (Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE:--Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregate of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.40 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported at site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade ,level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 40 milimeter compacted thickness with drum mix plant without Supervisory control and data acquisition, Sensor paver and Vibratory roller including Tack coat etc. complete --Bitumen of specified grade with stone dust filler. (Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Supplying hard murum or kankar at the road site, including conveying and stacking complete.

Spreading hard murum or soft murrum or gravel or kankar for side width complete.

Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with vibratory roller including artificial watering etc. complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 Non Pressure-2 class of 900 milimeter diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 and curing etc. complete.

Providing and fixing stream lined Mix-20 grade Reinforced Cement Concrete guard stone including mild steel bar reinforcement et-cetra complete.

Providing and fixing Cautionary or Warning sign boards in Equilateral Triangle size of 600 milimeter made out of 1.5 milimeter aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive or heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per Indian Road Congress :67-2012 Table Number 8.3 Supported with back support frame 25 milimeter x 25 milimeter x 3 milimeter, duly painted on back side with grey stove enamel paint and supported on one no. of Mild Steel angle iron post of size 65 milimeter X 65 milimeter X 6 milimeter, 3.45 m long, duly painted with with flat oil paint having alternate black and white bands of 25 centimeter width including Galvanized Iron fixtures etc; fixing the boards in Mix-25 grade concrete block of size 60 centimeter X 60 centimeter X 75 centimeter including transportation et-cetra; complete. Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor or convertor issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cut-out sheeting and cut-out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty certificate in original should be submitted to the Engineer in charge by the contractor or supplier. 600 milimeter made out of 1.5 milimeter aluminum sheet.

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers or Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of Ministry of Road Transport and Highway Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 milimeter, 100 milimeter and 102 +/- 2 milimeter and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 milimeter and height not less than 30+/- 2 milimeter) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kilogram Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.

Painting Line, Dashes, Arrows etc on Roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint confirming to Indian Standard 164 on Bituminous surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control (Over or Upto centimeter wide) (Ministry of Road Transport and Highway-803) -- Surface Over 10 centimeter Wide On New Surface.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 milimeter thick including reflectorizing glass beads at 250 grams per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 milimeter is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per Indian Road Congress:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.complete.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised informatory sign board rectangular or Square in shape having area less than 0.9 square meter made out of milimeter aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per Indian Road Congress:67-2012 Table Number 8.3, supported with back support frame 25 milimeter x 25 milimeter x 3 milimeter, duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on one no. mild steel angle iron post 75 milimeter x 75 milimeter x 6 milimeter, 3.5 meter long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with Mix-25 grade cement concrete 45 centimeter x 45 centimeter x 60 centimeter, 60 centimeter below ground level as per approved drawing The angle iron post shall be duly painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy finish paints having alternate black and white bands of 25 centimeter width including Galvanized Iron fixures and transportation et-cetra complete.The nut bolts of board with angle iron post or supporting structure after fixing at site has to be electrically welded.
