Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50 metre and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means -Grading I (Using Screening Type B (11.2 milimetre) Aggregate)

Providing and constructing 75 milimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 milimetre stone metal layers 100% crusher broken metal with conical crusher plant heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade at 2 Kilogramme per square metre, spreading 12 milimetre size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etcetra complete. Including picking of existing Water Bound Macadam surface. (Using VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing and constructing 50 milimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 milimetre stone layers metal 100% crusher broken metal with conical crusher palnt, heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade at 1.75 kilogramme per square metre, spreading 12 milimetre size chips compacting with Static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etcetra complete, including applying tack coat at the rate of 0.30 Kilogramme Square metre on existing bitumen surface. (Using VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

BITUMINOUS MACADAM:--Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregate of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder, transported at site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface , finished to the required grade ,level, alignment,and rolling to achieve the desired density for 50 milimetre compacted thickness with drum mix type hot mix plant without Supervisory Control and Data Acquisitionhaving complying essential features of Hot mix plant as per Indian Roads Congress-27 2009 specified conditions and attachments such as electronic load sensor based belt conveyers,automatic synchronization of bitumen and aggregate fedder,built in dust controller system and Programmable logic controller for Drum Mix plant, Sensor paver,and Vibratory roller including Tack coat etcetra complete --Bitumen 3.30 percent of specified grade (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE:--Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregate of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder @5.40 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported at site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade ,level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 40 milimetre compacted thickness with drum mix plant without Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, Sensor paver and Vibratory roller including Tack coat etcetra complete --Bitumen of specified grade with stone dust filler. (Using VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Supplying hard murum/ kankar at the road site, including conveying and stacking complete.

Spreading hard murum/ soft murrum/ gravel or kankar for side width complete.

Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with vibratory roller including artificial watering etcetra complete.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 milimetre thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gramms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 milimetre is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per Indian Roads Congress:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.complete.

Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as 'Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc', having rectangular shape of 1.20 metre x 0.90 metre size made out 18 gauge (1.25 milimetre) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border / messages / symbols etcetra with approved colour shade paint complete, on Mild Steel angle of size 35 x 35 x 3 milimetre frame with properly cross braced Mild Steel angles of size 35 milimetre x 35 milimetre x 3 milimetre duly painted including Two Mild Steel angle iron posts of size 65 milimetre x 65 milimetre x 6 milimetre, 3.65 metre long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 centimetre width including all fixtures etc.and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 centimetre x 60 centimetre x 75 centimetre including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etc complete.
