Providing and laying damp proof course 50 mm thick in M20 cement concrete layer and bitumen / using cement with waterproofing compound curing, formwork etc. complete.

Providing and applying water proofing treatment using acrylic polymer modified cement based water proofing coating with fibre glass mesh mixing at the rate of powder to liquid (2:1) by weight covering 9 to 10 Square Metre /Kilogram with two coat using approved chemicals for masonry and concrete surface by brush covering 7 years guarantee on Stamp Papers etc. complete.

Providing first class Burnt Brick masonry with conventional/ I.S. type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in plinth including bailing out water manually, striking joints on unexposed faces, pointing with cement mortar 1:3 on exposed face and watering etc. Complete.

Providing and laying telephone black / Amba White / Cadburybrown / Ruby red / Ocean Brown granite stone of 18 to 20 mm thick for door frame/ dado/ window boxing etc. On C.M. 1:6 including filling joints with polymer base filler nosing/moulding the sharp edges wherever necessary, curing, etc. complete.

Fountain Tiles Supply & Fixing of Porcelain Mosaics tiles of thickness 5.5 to 6 mm Pixel size of 48 mm X 48mm Placing in wall & floor with Underwater Adhesive of Make: JK Cements grade 666, filling the tile joint gap with epoxy grout of Make: JK Cements, & cleaning complete.

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately etc. complete.

Providing and fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed design and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position making riveted / bolted /welded connections without connecting plates, braces etc. and including one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting of approved quality and shade etc. complete.

Providing and fixing signages Letters "NAGPUR Wave" in font as per drawing from Architect in-charge having dimensions measuring 270inches in SS 304 grade glossy Silver border letters finish, having 3mm Acrylic on top and on back having 3mm ACP Tray. Illuminated with LED (waterproof & weatherproof) of 2years warranty and SMPS (waterproof & weatherproof) with 3years warranty.

Providing and fixing SS 304 grade round pipe as per the drawing given by Architect in charge - 150mm OD, 5mm wall thickness, with brush finish Polish meaning dimention as 1.5M width, 0.76M height with 8" grouting at site as directed by Engineer in charge.
