ITEM No. 3 :-     Providing rubble filling of trap/ granite/ quartzite gneiss stones for foundations including hand packing filling gravel / sand in the voids etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 4 :-     Providing and laying in situ / ready mix cement concrete of M10 proportion with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etcetera complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer)) with SCADA with Natural / VSI standard Artificial Sand) (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 5 :-   Providing cast in situ / ready mix M-20 grade cement concrete for head walls of CD work / retaining walls etcetera. including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etcetera complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with SCADA. (Material including all lead and lifts).

ITEM No. 6 :-           Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of IS 458:2003 NP-2 class of 1000 millimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 and curing etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 7 :-     Providing and filling annular space around footing in rock by using concrete of M-15 grade etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 8 :-     Providing selected hard murum filling including laying in layers of 15 to 20 centimetre with watering and compacting etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts).

ITEM No. 9 :-           Providing dry rubble stone pitching 23 centimetre (about 9) thick including all material, quarry spalls, labour etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 10 :-       Providing and constructing 50 millimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 millimetre stone layers metal 30% crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken metal (By breaking Rubble obtained by blasting), heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 @ 1.75 Kilogram per Square Metre, spreading 12 millimetre size chips compacting with Static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etcetera complete, including applying tack coat at the rate of 0.30 Kilogram Square Metre. (For repair works only).

ITEM No. 11 :-       Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on Dry / Hungry B.T. surface 3 Kilogram per 10 Square Metre, VG-30 bulk bitumen. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 12 :-       Open Graded Premix Surfacing- Providing and Laying OGC 20 millimetre thickness composed of 13.2 millimetre to 5.6 millimetre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction but excluding prime / tack and Seal coat. USING drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Paver and Vibratory roller (Over BT Surface). Using Bitumen of VG-30 grade. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 13 :-       Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminous surface including supplying all materials and bitumen of VG-30 grade preparing existing road surface, heating and applying bitumen at the rate of 0.98 Kilogram per square metre by mechanical means, spreading chips and rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 14 :-       Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as ‘Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etcetera’, having rectangular shape of 1.20 metre X 0.90 metre size made out 18 gauge (1.25 millimetre) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border / messages / symbols etcetera with approved colour shade paint complete, on Mild Steel angle of size 35 X 35 X 3 millimetre frame with properly cross braced Mild steel angles of size 35 millimetre X 35 millimetre X 3 millimetre duly painted including Two Mild steel angle iron posts of size 65 millimetre X 65 millimetre X 6 millimetre, 3.65 metre long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 centimetre width including all fixtures etcetera and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 centimetre X 60 centimetre X 75 centimetre including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etcetera complete.
