Providing and laying in situ / ready mix M-25 plain cement concrete of trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss metal for cast in citu piers, abutment, returns, wings, excetra including provision of "V" shaped false joints to form suitable panels on the faces to approve design with compacting by vibrating and curing complete, including plywood / steel form work, centering (excluding dewatering by means of pump) and including bailling out water and curing finishing in cement mortar 1:3 excetra complete, as directed by engineer in charge. (With Concrete Mixer) With fine agreegates of required specifications (Natural sand / VSI sand finely washed excetra) (using NATURAL SAND). (Height up to 5 metre)

Filling in plinth and floors with contractors material / brought from outside and approved by Engineer In-Charge, in 15 centimetre to 20 centimetre layers including watering and compaction, excetra complete.

Providing and fixing in position thermo mechnically treated FE-500 steel bar reinforcement of various dias for reinforced cement concrete pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, canopies, staircases, newels, chajjas, lintels, pardis, copings, fins, arches, excetra as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules including cutting, bendding, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as requied complete. (For Ground Floor)

Providing Laterite Stone Masonry in C.M. 1:6 in Foundation including Racking Out joints when Plastering is to be done/Striking Joints when no Plastering is to be done completed.

Providing and laying cast in situ / Ready Mix cement conrete M-20 of trap / granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal for reinforced cement concrete columns as per detailed designs and drawing or as directed, including steel centering, formwork, cover blocks,aying/pumping, compaction, finishing the formed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface or roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided and curing, excetra complete. (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel). with fully automatic micro processor based Programmable Logic Controller without Supervisory Control and Data Aquisition enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) excetra complete.with fine aggregate (Natural Sand / Crushed sand VSI Grade finely washed etc) (For Ground Floor) (using NATURAL SAND).

Providing Laterite Stone Masonry in C.M. 1:6 in Super Structure including Racking Out joints when Plastering is to be done/Striking Joints when no Plastering is to be done completed.

Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortar using approved screened sand in all positions including base coat of 15 milimetre thick in cement mortar 1:4 using waterproofing compound at one killogramme per cement bag curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment of 6 to 8 milimetre thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for fourteen days, scaffolding, excetra complete. (For Ground Floor) (using NATURAL SAND).

Providing internal cement plaster 12 milimetre thick in single coat in cement mortar 1:3 without neeru finish to concrete or brick surfaces, in all positions including scaffolding and curing, excetra complete. (For Ground Floor) (using NATURAL SAND).

Providing and applying two coats of waterproof cement paint of approved manufacture and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surfaces, watering for two days, excetra complete. (For Ground Floor)

Providing and preparing kitchen otta up to 75 centimetre width, made up from 30 milimetre thick and 75 centimetre high vertical support for Kadappa at one metre center to center of 25 milimetre thick both side polished Kadappa middle shelf and bottom of 20 milimetre thick one side polished Kadappa with facia patti of 20 milimetre X 50 milimetre Kadappa including all material, labour, cutting, fixing with cement mortar and araldite, all material labour cutting fixing with cement mortar and araldite curing polished and cleaning excetra complete. Providing and laying chequered tiles of approved quality of size 30 centimetre X 30 centimetre and confirming to indian standard for flooring in required position laid on a bed of 1:4 cement mortar including cement float, filling joint with cement slurry cleaning, curing, excetra complete. (For Ground Floor) (using NATURAL SAND).

Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as 'Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc', having rectangular shape of 1.20 metre X 0.90 metre size made out 18 gauge (1.25 milimetre) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border / messages / symbols excetra with approved colour shade paint complete, on M.S.angle of size 35 milimetre X 35 milimetre X 3 milimetre frame with properly cross braced mild steel angles of size 35 milimetre X 35 milimetre X 3 milimetre duly painted including two mild steel angle iron posts of size 65 milimetre X 65 milimetre X 6 milimetre, 3.65 metre long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 centimetre width including all fixtures excetraand fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 centimetre X 60 centimetre X 75 centimetre including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etc complete.
