Providing Waterproofing treatment to terrace with screed. Cleaning of the entire surface to make it free from all dust, dirt, debris, fungus, etc. Open All existing joints and cracks applying nanotechnology based reactive organosilane solution till saturation (1part organosilane agent:45 parts potable water:2parts of acrylic co-polymer emulsion) on the entire concrete casting and then allowing complete drying. Repair if needed Activities like, crack filling, grouting, tie rods sealing, etc. with modified mortar / slurry can be carried out to fix concrete castings faults, if any Application of acrylic modifed cementitious slurry over the entire concrete casting with high performance elastomeric membrane + Cement +sand in a ratio of 1:1:1. Water curing for minimum 2 days. It covering 10 years guarantee against leakproof on court fee stamp paper of Rs. 100/-etc. complete.

Providing Waterproofing treatment to terrace with China mossaic. Cleaning of the entire surface to make it free from all dust, dirt, debris, fungus, etc. applying nanotechnology based reactive organosilane solution till saturation (1part organosilane agent:45 parts potable water:2parts of acrylic co-polymer emulsion) on the entire concrete casting and then allowing complete drying. Coving around periphery of the area (including bore sections) with modified cement & fine sand mortar. Acrylic based bonding agent brush in 2" X 2" of periphery and bore sections & Coving mortar - 1 kg cement + 1.5 kgs fine sand + 200 ml acrylic co-polymer emulsion + 250 ml water. REPAIRS, IF NEEDED: Activities like, crack filling, grouting, etc. can be carried out with modified mortar to fix concrete castings faults (The crack filling grouting shall be paid separately). Providing Waterproofing treatment to External surface by applying first coat of nanotechnology based reactive organosilane solution based water proofing agent that seals up to Nano-pore level and it has ability to penetrate up to 2mm deep inside the substrate and become parament integral part of the structure as approved by Engineer in charge. Organosilane agent dilute with potable water (TDS1000ppm). The surface thoroughly saturated with solution 1:20:2 (1 partorganosilane agent + 20 parts of potable water + 2 parts of acrylic co-polymer emulsion). The diluted solution liberally sprayed with low pressure until flood saturation is achieved.

Providing and applying 2 Coats of organo-silicate mineral paint VOC should 10mg/lit water based exterior paint with to withstand for period of at least 5 years of approved make without fading and peeling. Paint should provide durable long-lasting Matt finish with high resistance to UV Paint should protect against concrete carbonation with R value of minimum 600. complete, as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying 2 Coats of organo-silicate mineral water-based exterior paint with special heat reflectance property to withstand the harsh climate and effectively hides surface defect paint for exterior for period of at least 7 years without fading and peeling. Paint should have breathability property. complete, as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying 2 Coats of organo-silicate mineral water exterior paint should provide inherent breathability and water Impermeability naturally inhibits algae and fungal growth. VOC should zero. It offer service life of at least 10 years of approved make without fading and peeling. The paint has to be applied on a coat of reactive organosilane based water proofing agent or high-quality acrylic copolymer based alkali resistant primer etc complete, as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying a premium interior paint. Cleaning of the entire surface to make it free from all dust, dirt, debris, fungus, etc. Application of 2 coats of walcem putty and sanding with emery paper. Application of 2 coats of Emulsion Paint on interior surface with upto 30% dilution. Paint have a rich matt finish, washable & highly scrub resistant to interior walls and ceilings of approved quality, colour and shade to new surface in two coats complete. as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying a premium interior paint. Cleaning of the entire surface to make it free from all dust, dirt, debris, fungus, etc. Application of 2 coats of walcem putty and sanding with emery paper. Application of 1 coat primer and 2 coats of Emulsion Paint on interior surface with upto 30% dilution. Paint should be extremely resistant to burnishing and mechanical abrasion along with a rich matt finish, washable & highly scrub resistant to interior walls and ceilings of approved quality, colour and shade to new surface complete. as directed by Engineer in charge

Providing and applying an acrylic water-based wall primer with excellent bonding and hiding characteristic. It should be suitable for external and internal application. as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing, installaing and commissioning Aeration Devices Vortex and Blowers in the 10KL bathwastewater collection tanks, Testing and trouble shooting complete, as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing, installaing and commissioning Treated water Pump with controls to transfer water to OHT, Kirloskar or equivalent, as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing, installaing and commissioning Polishing System consisting of Pressure Sand Filter, Activated Carbon Filter and Disinfection for 40KLD bathwater at 12 working hours per day. With a minor aerator at the OHT level for ensuting aerobic condition in the OHT for flushing, as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing, installaing and commissioning Filter feed Pump to pass water from the aeration tank to the OHT for flush water, Kirloskar or equivalent, as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing and Fixing JalRakshak Hydrocyclone device for separation of fecal solids and flushing water. MOC FRP with proper Hour glass shape, Inlet pipe, Involute for the upper compartment. Solid separating neck in the middle, Water collection trough at the base of adequate height so that 12 toilet flushing at a time can be accommodated. The surface of the JalRakshak should be hydrophyllic and the neck should have appropriate SS 316 solids deflectors, including site visit per month for a year as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing, installaing and commissioning Solids diverter mechanism of SS316 Rod, Plate and lever fitted in appropriate sized ball bearings fitted into the walls of the composter, as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing, installaing and commissioning Inlet Pumps with all fixtures and controls for feeding the wastewater into the Reed Bed, Kirloskar or equivalent, as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing, installaing and commissioning Pumps for Vortex for the polishing pond water on the Reed Bed Surface, Kirloskar or equivalent, as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing, installaing and commissioning Pumps for Recirculation usage of the treated water for irrigation and disposal if needed, Kirloskar or equivalent, as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing and planting Acclimatized plants of hygroscopic Reed Bed Plants to suite the site condition and light availability, as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing and inoculating Cultures of acclimatized aerobic, facultative and anaerobic bacterial-fungal and microfaunal consortium, as directed by engineer incharge.
