PMGSY Citizen' s information Board- Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY Retro Reflective information board as per as per section1700 of MORD specifications and latest PMGSY Signage Manual / Circuler and drawing.Two ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) sheets of 4 mm thick, of 900 mm x 750mm size fixed at top & bottom duly rivetted with MS angles of 35 x 35 x 5 mm thick M.S angle shall be welded by two vertical M.S angle of 5 mm thick to 75 mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG square tubes / 75mm Dia Pipe posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-20 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x 75mm, below ground level. MMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Class-A / Class-B grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 specifications (Refer Circuler no. NRRDA-P013(11)/3/2019-Dir (Tech) dated 02.12.2019). Printing PMGSY Logo/ Project description on Class A or Class B type retro reflective sheeting using modern technology printing platform. The printer shall be approved by the retro reflective sheeting manufacturer and printed sign shall conform to retro reflective values as laid down in IRC 67-2012. The inks used for printing shall be eco friendly with VOC emissions complying to UL 2801 standards and specifications for the different kinds of platforms. The printed sign shall be laminated by UV protected laminate and shall carry a warranty of 5 years & 7 years for Class A and Class B sheeting respectively for traffic colors. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paints as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 (10.16). The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the PMGSY Signage Guidelines Fig.3 and Fig.4 and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. A warranty for 5 / 7 years for the Retro reflective sheeting for Class-A and Class-B respectively, from original manufacturer shall be submitted by contractor. Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate (natural sand/ VSI grade finely washed crushed sand) conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant/ Weigh batch mixer, transported to site with all leads and lifts, laid with a paver with electronic sensor /by suitable means as approved by Engineer-in- charge, compacting with vibratory roller, finishing, curing and including preparation of sub-grade surface if required etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Sign Board of PMGSY Project Information : Providing and fixing of typical retro reflective PMGSY Project informatory sign board with Logo as per section1700 of MORD specifications and latest PMGSY Signage Manual / Circuler and drawing. The board will be a composite unit consisting of Three Plates ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel), material specificaitons as per clause 17001.3. The top most plate will be of 3mm ACP in diamond shape of 600x600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The middle 4mm ACP plate of will be 1200x150mm size riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The main 4mm ACP lower most plate will be 1500mmx600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size. Riveting of all the sheets over angle and flat iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75mm x75mm x 12 swg sheet tubes posts placed at 1125mm apart centre to centre. the top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75mm dia medium steel tube posts and these posts will be embeded in cement concrete M15 grade block of 450x450x600mm below ground level. The height of the bottom of the lower plate will be 1200mm from normal ground level and the bottom of the middle plate will be 100mm above the top level of the lower most plate. the diamond shaped plate mounted over flat angle iron frame will be connected to middle plate by square steel section of 47mmx47mm, thickness 12SWG having a spacing of 100mm between the diamond shaped plate and middle plate and this square section will be riveted to the bottom point of the diamond shaped plate. PMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Class-A / Class-B grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 specifications (Refer Circuler no. NRRDA-P013 (11)/ 3/2019-Dir (Tech) dated 02.12.2019). Printing PMGSY Logo Project description on Class A or Class B type retro reflective sheeting using modern technology printing platform. Providing and fixing Cautionary/Warning sign boards in Equilateral Triangle size of 600mm made out of 3mm aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class B (Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3 Supported with back support frame 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, duly painted on back side with grey stove enamel paint and supported on one no. of M. S. angle iron post of size 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm, 3.45 m long, duly painted with with flat oil paint having alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including G.I. fixtures etc; fixing the boards in M25 grade concrete block of size 60cm X 60cm X 75cm including transportation etc; complete. Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cut-out sheeting and cut-out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty certificate in original should be submitted to the Engineer in charge by the contractor/supplier. Providing and Laying hot applied thermo plastic road marking strip on Bituminous Surface of specified shade/ colour of 2.5mm thick including 1.5 Refractive index reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gm/ sqm. Thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35:2015. Initial Dry reflectivity RL shall be 250m cd/ sqm/ lux measured in the initial 7 days and sustained reflectivity RL of 100 mcd/ sqm/ lux and Qd of 100 mcd/ sqm/ lux measured at the end of 2 years by means of a Standard Reflecto meter of Zehntner, Easylux, Delta make capable of measuring RL & QD both according to IRC 35:2015 clause 15.5. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streak sand holes complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and inaccordance with applicable specifications.
