Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cubic meter bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 meter and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106. Providing and Fixing of Retro Reflectorised 900mm Cautionary sign boards made out of retro reflective sheeting of High Intensity prismatic grade conforming to IRC-67: 2012 & Type IV standards of ASTM D4956-09 specifications, fixed over 4mm thick ACP sheet supported with Back support frame of 25x25x3mm mild steel angle as approved , supported on a mild steel angle iron post 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm - 3.5 mtr height, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M20 grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm , 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. Both border & background shall be retro reflective as per Type IV standards. 7 years Warranty for Retro Reflective Sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor(Bottom of the board shall be at least 2.6 mtr. above ground level) Specification: IRC 67:2012. There shall be a stamp behind the ACP sheet carrying the name of the supplier, Name of sheeting Manufacturer, Type of retro reflective sheeting, Installation month & year, Warranty period for retro reflective sheeting. ii) 600 mm equilateral triangle.as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 millimeter thick Mild Steel Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 millimeter width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47millimeter x 47 millimeter x 12 millimeter SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with Mix -15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 millimeter, 600millimeter below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2 as directed by Engineer incharge B) 600 millimeter circular
