Stabilization of Soil or Sub-Base/Base Course or Existing Pavement Crust upto the required depth by In-Situ Stabilization method using Cement / Cementitious additives / Chemical additives / Combination: - Providing and pre-spreading of Binder (Cement / Cementitious additives / Chemical additives / combination) at rate of required quantity (% by weight) as per job mix design in accordance with IRC 37-2018 using a truck-mounted automated binder spreader with micro-processor controlled weighing and spreading system. The binder spreader shall have variable working width upto 2.4m to efficiently manage the width of the whole pavement. The in-situ stabilization process shall be carried out using a self-propelled wheeled Stabilizer / Reclaimer with a minimum working width of 2m or 2.4m and minimum engine horsepower of 305 kW having in-built automated water-spraying and depth control systems with variable working depth of up to 500 mm. The entire in-situ process shall be carried out in a single pass including pulverizing of soil/aggregates/combination or milling of existing asphalt pavement and simultaneous mixing with pre-spread binder (cement/additive) and water to the desired depth. The resultant stabilized mix shall be compacted using a vibratory padfoot compactor of 14-20 tonne weight as per design depth and then graded to the required profile, level and thickness using a motor grader. The graded surface shall be then compacted using a smooth vibratory roller to achieve the desired proctor density as per IRC 37-2018 and complete in all respects including curing with water as required including all materials, labor, machinery, etc. Necessary graded stone aggregates shall be added by pre-spreading with cement to achieve desired gradation and profile of the road. The minimum unconfined compresssive strength (UCS) of stabilized sub-base should be 4.5 / 7 MPa after 7 / 28 days curing as per IRC 37-2018 .Also, durability aspects (wet-dry cycles) of stabilized sub base should be satisfied as per IRC 37-2018 .The gradation mixes and materials should be as per IRC 37-2018.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.20 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 50 mm compacted thickness with specified grade of Bitumen,Excluding prime / tack coat. MMGSY / PMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Class-B grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 specifications (Refer Circuler no. NRRDA-P013(11)/3/2019-Dir (Tech) dated 02.12.2019). Printing PMGSY Logo/MMGSY Logo/Project description on Class B type retro reflective sheeting using modern technology printing platform. The printer shall be approved by the retro reflective sheeting manufacturer and printed sign shall conform to retro reflective values as laid down in IRC 67-2022. The inks used for printing shall be eco friendly with VOC emissions complying to UL 2801 standards and specifications for the different kinds of platforms. The printed sign shall be laminated by UV protected laminate and shall carry a warranty of 7 years for Class B sheeting respectively for traffic colors. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paints as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 (10.16). The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the PMGSY Signage Guidelines Fig.3 and Fig.4 and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. . A warranty for 7 years for the Retro reflective sheeting for Class-B respectively, from original manufacturer shall be submitted by contractor.

Providing and fixing Retro Reflective MMGSY / PMGSY LOGO informatory sign board with Logo as per section1700 of MORD specifications and latest PMGSY Signage Manual / Circular and drawing. The board will be a composite unit consisting of Two Plates of ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel), material specifications as per clause 17001.3. The top most plate will be of 3 mm ACP in diamond shape of 600x600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The Lower plate will be of 4mm ACP of 1100x300mm size riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. Riveting of all the sheets over angle and flat iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frame of Both the plates will be welded to a 75mm x75mmx 12swg Mild steel post at / Tube Centre and this post will be embeded in cement concrete M15 grade block of 450x450x600mm below ground level. The height of the bottom of the lower plate will be 1200mm from normal ground level. The spacing between the diamond shaped plate and Lower Plate is kept 150mm. MMGSY / PMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Class-B grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 specifications (Refer Circuler no. STANDARD METAL DELINEATOR Supply and Installation of Road delienators ( Road way Delienators ) as per MORT&H clause 806.The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground, width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300mm below the ground while being installed in confirmation with IRC:79 1981or as directed by engineer in charge.The delineator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness for protection against corrosion, on top of which Type XI retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides. The delienator shall consist minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 cm2 white color, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metallic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67 2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 Type XI table specification.The front and back faces of the delineator should be curved with a radius of not more than 200 mm and with delta angle (or central angle of curve) lying between 20o and 30o, to increase the visibility of the delineator for vehicles moving in continuous curves. The delineator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheets vandal-proof.

RPM / ROAD STUDS with Molded Shank Supplying & Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.( For NH roads , SH , MDR's and for busy Traffic roads)
