Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 milimeter to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kilo Netown static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.(including tack coat)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Providing and erecting direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards as per Indian Road Congress:67 made of 2 mm thick Mild.Steel. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 milimeter width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per Ministry Of Rural Development specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 milimeter x 47milimeter of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 milimeter x 5 milimeter Mild steel flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 milimeter x 450 milimeter x 600 milimeter, 600 milimeter below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Trimming of grass and weeds from the shoulders/berms and disposing off the same to suitable locations as per technical specifications Clause 1914

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cubic meter bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 meter and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting with vibratory roller to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 meter as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per Indian Road Congress:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703

Both border & background shall be retro reflective as per Type IV standards. 7 years Warranty for Retro Reflective Sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor(Bottom of the board shall be at least 2.6 mtr. above ground level) Specification: IRC 67:2012. There shall be a stamp behind the ACP sheet carrying the name of the supplier, Name of sheeting Manufacturer, Type of retro reflective sheeting, Installation month & year, Warranty period for retro reflective sheeting. ii) 600 mm equilateral triangle.as directed by Engineer in Charge.
