The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Bidders are required to provide details of equipment possessed, skilled manpower employed, and quality control measures adopted. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: * Warranty and Guarantee: > / = 90% at the end of 10 years and >/= 80% at the end of 25 years. * Cable length: 25 meters. * Wind load: The mounting structure shall be designed to withstand a wind speed of 180 km/hour. * 25 percent: The purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of the bid quantity. * 10 years: The generating power data storage facility should be able to store data for 2 years from the date of commissioning. * 2 years: The buyer reserves the right to debar a tenderer/bidder from participation in present/future tenders/bidding up to a period of 2 years. Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: * Industrial licenses (wherever required as per statutory regulations) * Test certificates for stores tested to any standard specification * ISI Marked Connecting cables * Approved by Government of India/State Government authority concerned for connecting to Grid (for Net meter) * Certificates from the supplier that the material supplied under the contract should be provided then payment is due in accordance with the terms of the contract at the time of presentation * 10 PRI Experience Certificate
