The required prior work experience for the bidder includes two similar completed works, each with a value of not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, or one similar completed work with a value of not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The cost of completed work should mean the gross value of the completed work, including all taxes and levies, escalation, and the cost of material supplied by the client on a chargeable basis. The proportionate value of experience in proportion to the actual share of bidder in a joint venture/consortium will be considered against eligibility. The bidder should provide details of their prior work experience in a specific format, including the name of the work, agreement number, client details, date of commencement and completion, value of work done, and whether the work was completed satisfactorily. The bidder should also provide a statement of all items and their quantities that fulfill the criteria of similar work, along with their total amount for consideration of work experience, certified by the client. In the case of works executed for foreign/Indian clients abroad, the bidder should provide a work order/purchase order/agreement with a bill of quantities and rates, and a completion certificate or similar documentary evidence certifying completeness of work, clearly indicating the name of the work, commencement date, date of final completion, and actual final completion cost. The bidder should also provide a certificate for bill-wise payment received and their respective TDS amount for works executed, duly certified by a practicing Chartered accountant. The information provided by the bidder will be evaluated to determine their eligibility and work experience.
