Earth work excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, in Soft Rock including shoring, dewatering if necessary, dressing the sides, ramming the bottom, refilling the sides etc. with available selected excavated earth in layers of not exceeding 500 mm in depth, each layer well rammed and consolidated disposal of surplus excavated material within a lead of 200 m complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick work in Cement mortar carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Lead charges for 1st 1 KM or part thereof, by mechanical transport including loading unloading, stacking / levelling etc.

Supplying, stacking and laying of 230 mm thick rubble soling stones as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note : a) The contractor’s quoted rate for approved rubble brought from outside shall include the royalty as per the prevailing Government rates. Any increase in prevailing rate of Royalty shall be borne by the Contractor at no extra cost to the Owner.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and rawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all Levels

Providing High Strength Polymer Modified Mortar (45Mpa, with bond strength greater than 2Mpa) for strengthening of structural members including mixing, pouring/placement, curing as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Design, Supply & Installation of factory-made Precast Retaining Wall of 2.5m height and 2m width to retain the earth including transportation, erection, joining with polymer modified adhesive, etc complete. Precast concrete Retaining Wall shall be made up of high performance self-compacting concrete of M- 50 grade using Fe 500D grade TMT steel reinforcement bar and steam cured in a controlled environment. Retaining Wall shall have flange bolt jointing arrangement for proper connection with draft prevention layering, in-built inlets at appropriate location for safer and faster installation, weep holes at appropriate spacing for water pressure with filter, etc. The Retaining wall shall be designed for minimum surcharge live load of 10kN/M2. Design should be confirming to BIS / JIS / ACI standards / Guidelines/ Codes and shall be submitted before dispatch of material from production unit or as instructed by Engineer In Charge. Firm base for erection of retaining wall shall be paid under relevant item

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings

Upto and including 32mm dia reinforcement: Using TMT bars of specified grades. TMT bars to be supplied by the vendors as per approved vendor list of BARC using virgin materials.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequered Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc. Including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. Including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials produced by vendors as per Approved Vendor list of BARC using virgin materials.

Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level. Note: Quotated rate shall be based on minimum cement content- as per IS:456:2000.

Extra for RCC Using Ready Mix Concrete including transporting and pumping from approved batching plants .

Design, Supply & Installation of factory-made non perforated Precast Trench Covers of 1.8m width, 1m length and 130mm thickness for cable trays and trenches including transportation, unloading and placement, etc complete. Precast concrete trench covers shall be made up of high performance self-compacting concrete of M- 50 grade using Fe 500D grade TMT steel reinforcement bar and steam cured in a controlled environment. Trench covers shall have anti skid texture and shall be designed to cater nominal pedestrian movement. Trench covers shall have encased lifting arrangement for proper lifting & placement. Design should be confirming to BIS / JIS / ACI standards / Guidelines/ Codes and shall be submitted before dispatch of material from production unit or as instructed by Engineer In Charge. Firm base for placement of trench covers over trench wall shall be paid under relevant item. Note: For smaller size trench cover, proportionate payment (Volumetrically) shall be made as perdetails mentioned in technical specifications.

Providing and Fixing Anchor Fastener of approved make including drilling in concrete as per requirement for fixing Eps or other structures all as specified by the manufacturer complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Supplying, stacking and laying of filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in in the technical specifications to specified thickness with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the centre line of the infiltration gallery to the full height, compacted to a firm condition including mechanical transportation from the location of storage stacking quarry, unloading, levelling, spreading, etc. complete as per drawing and technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Filter media using approved, 40 mm thick coarse aggregate (53mm passing & retaining on 40mm; uniformly graded aggregates) brought from outside by the contractor.

Geosynthetic Drainage with two filtering nonwoven geotextiles having a “W” configuration as longitudinal parallel channels. Minimum thickness to be 7.2mm, with two filtering UV stabilized polypropylene nonwoven geotextile of minimum thickness of 0.75mm having pores of 150 micron and tensile strength of 8.0 kN/m and having plane flow capacity of 2.1 L / (m.s) at hydraulic gradient of 1.0 & 20 kPa pressure, tensile strength of 18 kN/m , with mass per unit area of 740 gsm.
