The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully executing or completing similar services over the last three years. The specific requirements are as follows: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have executed the work of Installation & Commissioning of Grid connected Solar Power Plant of 5 MW or above capacity during the preceding seven years. Alternatively, the bidder should have executed the work of Operation & Maintenance of Grid connected Solar Power Plant of 5 MW or above capacity for a continuous period of at least one year during the preceding seven years. The bidder should also have executed works of "Supply and/or Erection and/ or Commissioning" and/or "Maintenance and/or Operation" of Solar PV Plants, during the preceding seven years, meeting the following criteria: - Single order of executed value not less than Rs 98 Lakhs. - Two orders of executed value not less than Rs 61 Lakhs each. - Three orders of executed value not less less than Rs 49 Lakhs each. The required prior work experience for the bidder is mentioned as "Yes". There is no exemption for MSE (Micro and Small Enterprises) in terms of years of experience and turnover.
