To determine the bid capacity required, we look at the specified criteria. For technical criteria, the bidder should have executed work(s) ‘Construction/Repair/Maintenance’ of Road(s) including Bituminous Road work, within the preceding seven years, with specific value requirements: - A single order with a value not less than Rs 281 Lakhs, - Or two orders with a value not less than Rs 176 Lakhs in each order, - Or three orders with a value not less than Rs 141 Lakhs in each order. For financial criteria, the average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years should not be less than Rs 352 Lakhs. If the bidder does not meet this criterion, its Holding Company can meet the stipulated turnover requirements, provided the Net Worth of the Holding Company is at least equal to or more than its paid-up share capital. Formulas for calculating the average annual turnover and net worth are: - Average Annual Turnover = Total Turnover for the last three financial years / 3 - Net Worth = Paid-up Share Capital + Free Reserves. Given the information, the bid capacity required includes: - Technical: Ability to execute road construction/repair/maintenance works with specified values (Rs 281 Lakhs, Rs 176 Lakhs, or Rs 141 Lakhs). - Financial: Average annual turnover of Rs 352 Lakhs or more, or the ability of the Holding Company to meet this requirement with appropriate net worth.
