National Project Implementation Unit Tender

The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, with the following specifications: - Details of Similar three different Works/ Projects (Building construction/ Building maintenance/ Civil maintenance contract) completed 40% of work put to tender over last seven years ending March 2025. - Alternatively, details of two similar different works of 50% of work put to tender. - Or, details of one similar project completed costing not less than 80% of cost put to tender in Central/ State Government/ Semi Government/ PSUs/ Autonomous bodies with work completion certificate. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 40% of work put to tender for three different works - 50% of work put to tender for two similar works - 80% of cost put to tender for one similar project Additionally, the bidder's Average Annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 6387868.24, being 30% of the estimated cost of Rs. 21292894.13.
