Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S including cost of adhesive of approved quality

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.40 mm thick on Silhouette profile,rotary stiched double webbed white with 6 mm reveal profile (white/black),comprising of main-T runners of size 15x42 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x42 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x42 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 22x19x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall /partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

With 15 mm thick integral densified micro edge light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles

Removing the existing PVC flooring 2-5mm thick including cleaning and stacking the serviceable material within the lead upto 1 KM as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 3 mm thick laminated Polyvinyl Chloride flooring (Hannava / Marvel / wonderfloor / Royal house or approved equivalent make) in approved pattern on existing surface using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop S-758/Fevicol SR 998/ Bostik SR 500 (synthetic rubber adhesive high strength) or equivalent etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, in approved colour and shade. (Actual area executed on site will be measured for payment.)

Providing & Fixing up of Window curtain (Zebra Roller blind model) Black out type in required sizes having the following specification: Control unit: The Control unit should be made of high strength reinforced plastic. The clutch is of wrap spring design. High carbon steel springs are provided to transmit motion from driving to driven members of clutch mechanism. Clutch is operated directionally by the use of endless beaded chain. Clutch never needs any adjustment.Idler: Idler is of high strength reinforced plastic,consisting of a Centre shaft. The metal sleeve inside the plastic lock provides bearing surface for the Centre shaft, which rotates freely, providing smooth, quiet and long wearing operation. Head rail: It is an aluminum extruded rail Powder coated in white. Control unit and Idler are mounted on the Head rail with powder coated M.S. brackets. Roller tube: It is an anodized extruded tube of high strength alloy. Control unit and Idler are fixed to the either ends of the tube. The fabric of the blind is fitted to the tube with heavy duty adhesive tape. Bottom rail: It is an aluminum extruded rail with a groove for fixing the fabric and power coated in white. It is fixed to the bottom of the fabric and the purpose of it is, to keep the fabric in tension and straight. The pitch of the chain corresponds to the sprocket in perfect match for trouble free operation. Material & Color shade will be as per sample approved by the Engineer-in-charge.
