Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerancein dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.

Casement window double panels with S.S. friction hinges (350 x 19 x 1.9 mm) made of (big series)frame 67 x 60 mm & sash / mullion 67 x 80 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead/ double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.50 sqm).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

Providing & Fixing up of Window curtain (Zebra Roller blind model) Black out type in required sizes having the following specification: Control unit: The Control unit should be made of high strength reinforced plastic. The clutch is of wrap spring design. High carbon steel springs are provided to transmit motion from driving to driven members of clutch mechanism. Clutch is operated directionally by the use of endless beaded chain. Clutch never needs any adjustment.Idler: Idler is of high strength reinforced plastic,consisting of a Centre shaft. The metal sleeve inside the plastic lock provides bearing surface for the Centre shaft, which rotates freely, providing smooth, quiet and long wearing operation. Head rail: It is an aluminum extruded rail Powder coated in white. Control unit and Idler are mounted on the Head rail with powder coated M.S. brackets. Roller tube: It is an anodized extruded tube of high strength alloy. Control unit and Idler are fixed to the either ends of the tube. The fabric of the blind is fitted to the tube with heavy duty adhesive tape. Bottom rail: It is an aluminum extruded rail with a groove for fixing the fabric and power coated in white. It is fixed to the bottom of the fabric and the purpose of it is, to keep the fabric in tension and straight. The pitch of the chain corresponds to the sprocket in perfect match for trouble free operation. Material & Color shade will be as per sample approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing in position following Tables made of 18 mm MR grade Commenrical Ply at top, side and front, support, drawer unit(125mm deep) foot rest, including 18 mm additional MR grade ply for modesty panel & finished with 1mm thk Laminate of approved shade & make (in multi-colour) & CPU trolley & Key board tray (ebco make metalic)and 0.8 mm thk. laminate to all internal surfaces of approved shade and make including SS brush finish accessories like handles, telescopic sliding channel, hinges for shutter, drawer/shutter locks including cable guard and teak wood beading for all edges with three coats of French polish to exposed teak wood members with finishing etc. complete as per drawing. (Plan area shall be considered for measurement ).

Laminate on all internal surfaces, brush finished stainless steel handles, locks, hinges of approved make for drawers, shutters & with three coats of french polish to T.W. beading/ T.W. members, with finishing etc. complete, as per drawing.
