Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:3:6(1Cement :3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4graded stone aggrregate 20mm nominal size) finished with floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry.

40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors. 40 mm wide and 4 mm thick.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. brick of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm. over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing in position factory made precast RCC M-40 doors and windows frames having excellent smooth finish as per IS: 6523 with reinforcement of 3 Nos, 6 mm dia main bars tied with 3 mm M.S stirrups placed @ 200 mm C/C and 6 numbers high strength polymer blocks of required size for fixing hinges including providing 6 no specially designed M.S. galvanised sleeves for accomodating 6 mm dia fully threaded bolts for fixing hold fast on vertical members, providing suitable arrangement for recieving sliding door bolts and tower bolt etc all complete, as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (The cost of hold fast and cc block of 1:3:6 mix is also included in the item.) The frame shall be measured in running meter correct to two places of decimal. Door frame 100 mmx 60 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters : 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Extra for providing lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters (over all area of door shutter to be measured).

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S including cost of adhesive of approved quality 1.0 mm thick.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, anodised transparent of dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15), fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/ neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing /panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately.) For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4 mm thickness

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width

Dismentalling of M.S. collapsible door/ MS rolling shutter and stacking the loose material within 1KM lead etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying and spreading of boulder/moorum below plinth in uniform thickness of 200mm, hand picking, watering and compacting with plate vibrator to proper grade as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of surrounding jungle area of the building with the help of mechanical excavator/JCB and wire rope if required and cleaning the other material as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Removing of compresser ( 3 Nos) and MS Gas tank (2 nos) with the help of Hydra/Mechancial means including cutting/welding and stacking the same in store yard of NEERI etc complete as per direction of E-I-C.

Providing and fixing supreme pleated mosquoto mesh fitted in aluminium section of 1.5mm thick which will be fully open and close one sided with necessary fittng etc complete as per direction of E-I-C.
