6. Horizontal stiffners and vertical stiffners of angle 60 x 60 x 6 mm for the support of plates and sludge hopper.
7. Painting of all metallic parts inside the settler coming in contact with water:- 3 coats of epoxy paint over 1 coat of primer, total thickness- 300 microns.
8. Other component: 1 coat of red lead primer & 3 coats of rust preventing paint, thickness: 200 micron
9. 6 columns of 100 mm diameter for supporting Lamella clarifier.

Operation and maintenance to be carried out for 1 year. Payment shall be released on monthly basis.
Duties during O&M:- Plant to be run 8 hours a day. Adequate helper and operators to be provided for proper plant operation as given-
Manpower Requirement-
1. Technician Requirement- 1 nos x 8 hours of work for operating the system.
2. Helper- 1 nos x 1 day a week for pumping and removing out sludge from lamella clarifier.
Chemicals Requirement-
1. Hydrogen Peroxide solution (50% w/w) dosing at the rate of 12 ppm with flow rate of 1.92 l/day.
2. Polyaluminium chloride solution at the dosing rate of 6 ppm with the requirement of 576 gm/day.
Treated water quality should be monitored by NEERI (random sampling). Equipment maintenance and repair, replacement and maintenance of plants shall be the responsibility of contractor.
