1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of

suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in charge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).

Overhead informatory road signage

Designing, fabricating, installing and fixing in position sign board in Sandwiched Aluminium Composite Panel on main gate of the NEERI premises as per the following specifications etc. complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge:

(a) Design, Redrawing and submission of the layout plan (existing plan with be provided in .dwg format). (b) DTP work

(c) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in solid colour of approved shades made out of 3mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.25mm thick coil ) with CNC LASER CUTTING of lettering as approved and Baking ACP sheet 3mm thick of approved colour and manufacturer such as TimexBoand/AluDecor or Equivalent as approved by engineer-in charge . The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF/Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. The aluminium composite panel shall be fixed on aluminium box frame using rectangular tube of size 50x25x1.5mm. The graphics work on the ACP sheet and the required LED lights is also included in this item. (Necessary support steel work will be paid separately) (Size of board-1.2x1.8M)
