Provided & fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm +/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT), Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal with complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing waterproofing for the terrace by Liquid Membrane Treatment by following method as per the specifications listed below.

a) First layer : Primering the surface with SBR Based Primer of approved make with a spread rate of 150gms/Sqmt.

b) Second layer : Polymer modified bituminous water based liquid membrane having Softning Point 1200C, Elongation 1000%, Specific Gravity -1.08, Tensile Set Recovery - 95% (when tested in accordance with ASTM) diluted with water (ration : 1 : 1000ml water) with a spread rate of 100 gms / Sqmt.

c) Third layer - Laying of Glass Fiber Mesh when the second layer is still geen. Overlap of Glass Fiber Mesh should not be less than 100mm.

d) Fourth layer- One coat of Polymer modified bituminous water based liquid membrane diluting with water (ratio: 1:250ml water) with a spread rate of 300gms/Sqmt. This layer will be allowed to be air cured for 4-6 hours.

e) Fifth layer - Providing and applying two coat of special resin based Polymer modified uv resistance white water based liquid membrane having Elongation at break pont -- Approx 250-300%, Solar Reflrction-- Excellent, Bond Strength-- 60psi Insulation Properties--Good when tested in accordance with ASTM & BIS and diluting with water (ratio: 1: 200ml water) with a spread rate of 300gms/Sqmt. The second coat of treatment will be carried out after first coat is considerably dried up. (The contracor will perform the leak proofness test by filling the avg.100mm thick water over treated area for 3 days.
